Being a guy I hate to admit it, but Peter Pan's Flight is probably my favorite ride at MK. Maybe the memories seeing my daughter's and now my granddaughter's faces when we ride this Disney classic. Thank you posting this. When they come over tomorrow I'll show them the video and ask, "Remember the fun we had on this ride?"
No worries, it’s honestly low key one of my favorites too at MK! I just never get to ride it much because of how long the line is most of the time. But it’s a classic and is always a joy to ride whenever I get the chance. Thank you so much as always!
I like the new updated scene. Now we need the effects and some of the figures updated like the Disneyland version. Or better yet like the Shanghai DL version with the 2 row boats! That would be great and cut down the wait time. Fantastic as always 4K.
✨True to your word, here is the brighter & cleaner ride. (speaking of which, aren't you glad you did Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy when you did lol) The teepees in the loading area are the same design now as TigerLilly's while is dancing. This ride is so hard to load and boy, I wonder how many times they wondered if they should have designed it differently. Parks are about on/off but I'm glad the queue was updated prior for the weirdly long wait (no, I didn't ride it in Paris, because their waits were as long lol) Thx 4💜
Yep, the news about Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy shocked be big time! I actually like that show, I’m gonna miss it but I’m assuming it’s only going away because that animatronic will be needed at MK. I also never got to ride Peter Pan in Paris sadly, but there’s no way I’ll pass on it next time I make it there! Thank you so much Liz😃
I don't always get to enjoy this attraction on visits...sometimes the waits are just so long (and I am impatient 😔)...Thank you for taking the time and the Multipass to capture this for us, 4K!! I enjoy the forced perspective to make the climb up appear to be so much higher...and the elements of the movie being brought in to the story remembered. So many simple effects for magical experience!! Those who have not seen the movie nor ridden before will not notice the change...was kept nicely in the style already present...nothing ruined by the change!! whoops...looked like the tick-tock croc had lock jaw (didn't seem to be moving...but maybe i'm remembering something that has never been). Wonderful!!
@jackwilkinson4911 true. I'm not sure what was wrong with the original but the replacement doesn't bother me vs some other replacements they've done elsewhere.
I think the problem that a lot of people had wasn't the ride itself, but the film it was based on. Since Peter Pan was released back in 1953, there's been one scene that hasn't resonated well with some viewers. I'm of course talking about the scenes featuring the Native Americans

Honestly, the change that they've added is barely noticeable if you go on it blind. And it's not actually a bad change either in my opinion
