We are so happy to hear it was helpful! Thanks so much for watching! This will definitely feel very different than Nevada for sure. Feel free to shoot us a text or email anytime. We are happy to set up a zoom call and go over your questions about the area!
Great video! We had to make a couple of compromises too when we purchased that we were not aware we needed to make before moving to this area. We wanted New construction, over an acre, trees, low cost, No HOA got all those but had to settle with Septic and no garage. Both were okay and thankfully we have Amazing neighbors who maintain their yards and their homes 😂
Haha you are definitely not alone in that wishlist! We see those same requirements often and it is definitely hard to find something new without an HOA! Glad you are loving your neighborhood!
We do have one! You can view it here. ua-cam.com/video/OU-SP9RdKLI/v-deo.html we also are connected with a great school consultant in the area. Feel free to shoot us a text or email and we will get you connected!
That is so funny when you said you went to Colorado and did not see a lot of tree. I am from Colorado and I moving to NC in 3 days 😀. Any tips to find a house without much weather problems? Like flooding, etc? Thank you !
That is so timely! We don't experience much issues with weather related events. We did have a hurricane come through our state recently and it was catastrophic in the NC mountains, but our area was not harmed. You shouldn't have any issues traveling in! Feel free to send us a text or email once you are in town and we can help you navigate the move!
An HOA is short for a Home Owners Association. You typically pay them a monthly fee and they are responsible for common area maintenance and upholding various community standards and guidelines. They are very common in our area!
This has been very helpful and informative. I’m looking to move from Nevada and doing a lot of research since North Carolina is very different.

The trees are the best thing! I moved away from the South to the West, and I missed them.
They are wonderful!
Very informative 🙌. Thank you!
