Waterfront City Pangururan is the name of a tourist destination which for the first time focuses on the development and utilization of Lake Toba water, and the construction process will be completed in 2022. The entrance ticket for each visitor is charged IDR. 10,000/person, fountain show divided into two sessions. The first session is at 19.00 WIB and the second session is at 21.00 WIB.
When the show starts we will be presented with a view of how beautiful the colorful fountains are dancing on the vastness of Lake Toba, which is also accompanied by music. Then there is also a performance of the story of the formation of Lake Toba which is shown through the reflection of a projector. Each session and the atmosphere when the story begins, the colors and movements of the waterfall are also adjusted so that each audience member will be lulled and carried away by the atmosphere being told. The story also includes an invitation to the public to help maintain the preservation and cleanliness of Lake Toba.
After the story of the origin of the Toba fund is finished, a dancing fountain show will begin with songs in Batak language and also remixed pop songs which are currently trending among young people.
Watching the fountain gush out beautifully over Lake Toba, is truly an amazing experience supported by the view of the wooden bridge that stretches and the night sky on Lake Toba further adding to its beauty.
The important thing for friends to pay attention to when visiting Waterfront City Pangururan is that if we go inside and the officer has received the entrance ticket, friends, you should not go out again, because if you go out to go back in you have to buy another ticket. According to this rule, before entering, friends should prepare themselves, such as buying drinks and food beforehand and also going to the toilet. In the fountain area, it is a shame that there are no toilets provided, so hopefully in the future the regulations and facilities will be improved so as to increase the comfort of visitors.
