Beautiful area you‘re living in.
Your gearing is too tall. A 5 speed gearbox would be great benefit if you prefer a high gear ratio.

I run itailan li150 gearboxes with 16/46 sprocket combinations. RT195 Kits, BGM V4 pipes, fed by 25mm dellortos, although i bumped a couple bikes up to a 28mm.
This gearing combination is common for this area, and not many have the funds for 5 speed boxes.
The formula listed above is basically how i build my bikes, although the exhausts will vary, for variety.
I hope to watch more of your videos when time allows.
