When i switched candy with nuts and fruits for most part. My life is easier . Sugar in package d foods gets kids extra extra amount of energy which they dont need. Its not kids who ask its we dont want kids to get angry on us. Takes few weeks for habit.
I'm thinking of travelling up north as well (Capetown to Johannesburg) and was so overwhelmed by the packing for my two daughters. Thank you for the vlog let me soak up some tips. ❤
