I'm more excited by those older band tees! I love finding them, particularly as they seem to slip through the proverbial pricing strategy of many of the pricier charity retailers, increasing the chances of catching them slipping! Always a great watch!

I’m hoping to get into reselling in the near future. I got a wool Carhartt jumper for £5 on my local Salvation Army, seen it selling for between £30-£50 online. Going to wash and list it tonight.

Lovely finds. I found a Nigel Cabourn utility jacket last week but it had damage, I could have cried. Have to love when the charity shops look up prices but a designer piece comes along that they haven't heard of and they can't be bothered so they stick it out for next to nothing.
Mate I would’ve been gutted! It’s happened to me a few times but we keep moving! This is why I will always go in Charity shops, the game is always changing and they’re not getting paid to keep up with the times!
@@Chaddypete good point. There's also plenty of brands I haven't heard of either. It's all part of the game. Found a pair of boots earlier made by Diemme, looked up comps on the off chance and left the shop very happy.

I don’t normally pick it up. There may be something that can sell well in that brand but I’ve not researched massively!

Charity shops are shocking price's nowadays!...saw a Ralph Lauren jumper that looked like somebody had been shot in it (massive hole!)...£55!😂🤪

Some of these shops just see the label and don’t take into account anything else! If I hadn’t found the jacket, I would’ve been banging on about the tees 😂
Nigel Cabourn Utility won’t fetch more than £100. Those comps you shown were mainline pieces, look out for ones that are made in Japan especially
I sold a jacket like this last year but it went to the US so I’m hoping that the demand is still there for these non mainline ones.

Those must be an early pair of prestos. I remember I had a pair and they were sized XS through to XL. That was before Nike realised they shouldn’t reinvent the wheel and it was confusing everyone with these size bands as XS was 7-8 not a single size!

On the Nike Air Presto's they were sized XXS, XS, M etc. because people found when they put them on they stretch, I think (don't quote me) XS = size 4-6 and fits those sizes fine.

I had been finding the odd little gem in the shops near my work but lately they've all seemed to inflate the prices of all their items..some of the prices these charity shops want are border line laughable...are you finding that the prices in certain shops have increased dramatically in the last couple of months? Or maybe it's just in my area - anyway as always awesome videos and always learning something here which is cool
Yes they tend to go up everywhere but then back down again I’ve found since I’ve been doing this. The inflated prices don’t last when the sales aren’t coming out the other end!

Do you list certain items only on eBay and some only on Vinted? Or do they go on both and you try and remove it from the other quick enough to avoid a potential double sale?
I list mainly on EBay at the moment. But I would have to remove it from the other platform if it does sell yes

Hay dumb question but how do you find out how many sold in last month?
If you look at the number of items when you click the sold filter, it tells you how many have sold in the last 3 months, so you just have to divide by 3 for one month
