If I’m not wrong I saw a few leaks about the teams and the new character axel and Zara are former champions if the sekai tekai and are part of the iron dragons dojo and will also be coached by terry silver and sensei wold who will form some what of a rivalry with johnny and i know that furia de pantera has a captain diego how forms a rivalry with hawk (who may get a new name) and diego gets to the semi finals against kwon also tiger strike have something interesting going on but it feels like I’ve already spoiled quite a bit

I’m guessing that Iron Dragons might be so much more awful than Cobra Kai, that Miyagi-Do and Cobra Kai might make some alliance against them; maybe Johnny will switch over with Daniel’s blessing in the middle of the tournament.
I think Daniel will back out of the Sekai Taikai after Robby and Sam or whoever else gets hurt, but Johnny will continue representing the USA under Cobra Kai instead of Miyagi-Do.

They’re not going to do that. It’s generally considered unethical to “resurrect” actors using CGI. Just because they liked the comment doesn’t mean they’ll commit to it.
