Don't push yourself over this, I'm like you, I never touch my fragile resin, haven't touched the smth theater (don't even remember the name) and I love exploring with lvl 90 Kaveh. So I can really relate and it pains me to see the waist on resources and care for numbers and characters you don't enjoy. As a relax-player myself I can recommend to build a good shielder like Zhongli or Layla. This way you can use whatever character you want and relax even while fighting. Maybe it takes more time but whatever. Also Neuvilette and Arlechino are very frustrating without shielder, you need to focus constantly and plan your tactics and rotation carefully. That's not what we relax & explore players usually enjoy, so I think the only thing you were missing is a good shielder. Just play whoever you like and don't let anyone talk you into characters you don't like. 💜
You're doing great Auty! I think if you don't enjoy farming you can definitely do coop with Doro together
This is such a fun and feel-good video. I love how Auty is actually a good Genshin player despite the stuff lacking on her account---she explores a lot and collects materials, she knows which characters she wants and makes fun teams with them, and all those fragile resins were left unspent because using them didn't make sense for her playstyle. Her account had all the right pieces and Doro just had to put them together to get her on the right track. Also love how Doro got to flex his own in-game knowledge and directly help out a fellow player!

The way he used the Primogems instead of the fragile resin, broke my Free to Play ( F2P ) heart.
I feel that so hard, I’m F2P and one time I accidentally fat-fingered and used my primos once to get original resin instead of the fragile resin and I sat there wallowing in despair for like 30 minutes 😢😅
Im f2p but i always use primos for resin because why not
@@9z1k because it's a rare currency and preferably only use it on wishes (just an opinion). Resin is rechargeable so as a F2P part of the game is slowly grinding and spend strategically

@@dizy82I mean, I just play how I want, and I’ve beaten the spiral abyss. My team rn is literally navia, kinich, mualani, and bennett. Yea they’re all five stars and pretty good ones at that, but they’re all level 80 not final ascension, and not really optimized artifacts apart from kinich who isn’t really optimized just decent. And my navia has 4 star artifacts and my bennett has 3 4 stars.
As you can see, I have not optimized anything at all and I think my benny is actually still level 70 and 4th ascension, yet I’ve still beaten spiral. It’s not too difficult because if you use I-frames to dodge the attacks and have a team of entirely dps units, you can fully 36 star abyss easy peasy.
Essentially what I’m saying is that you can play how you want, if you’re skilled you can do ridiculous things. Only the bad players need to optimize. Or the extremely unlucky that don’t have any useable 5 stars, they usually also have to optimize.
TL;DR
If you need to optimize then you suck at the game, get gud or swipe that card for OP units that destroy the game like neuvillete

Auty is so giga based it's insane. Even after everything was done, she was grateful, but still intends to play the game how she enjoys it and doesn't care about meta characters or teams. HUGE respect to her, that's exactly how the game should be played! (No disrespect to Doro in the slightest, I know he wasn't trying to change her thinking, only trying to increase the strength of her account.) ❤️
I wish he just leveled up her favorite characters.
What really makes me happy, is to see how much this community is cheering Auty on, may it be in the comments here or the little bits of the twitch chat i could see in the video. These days you hear so many stories about viewers being so obsessed with someone they look up to (singers, actors, streamers and others) and feel possessive over them for no reason and harass their partners. But here, you guys are so supportive and seeing this really makes me happy!! ❤
I farm daily for my niece's account (nice alternative for me to experience other characters while at it) and she's a _god_ among her friends.
I do all the daily/grindy/farming stuff for my son, and all his characters would run the pockets of his friends' characters

im currently attempting to farm for my younger sister's account and she's so impressed at how much her characters are doing now lol. her characters aren't nearly as good as mine atm but they're getting there! they're clearing level 90 domains about twice as fast as before i started working on them
Does anyone know if HoYo actually bans you for account sharing? I wanna grind for my friend because they have college and I'm free all the time, but I don't want to get them banned.

the only thing that genuinely hurts me about auty's playstyle is the classic RPG issue we all face: being attached to your consumables. other than that, her account really wasnt that bad. i totally get not wanting to farm artifacts, i hate it too, so her being primarily an exploration gamer makes a lot of sense
I have a rule for myself: I can spend fragile resin whenever I feel like it, but I cannot allow myself to go below 10 on a whim. That last 10 is reserved for surprises: if I didn’t prefarm because I didn’t have enough primogems to guarantee the next character, or if I got a new 5* weapon, I would want to be able to level it right away. This rule has worked out for me pretty well and it has completely broken me of the resin hoarding habit without making me feel like I was short on fragiles!
@@silver.shoelaces This is exactly what I do as a proud F2P, I can use it up to 10 left so I can have some in case of 'emergencies'. I only started using my fragile resin anyway when I started to want to play different team comps when Sumeru came out and Dendro became a thing.
This made me realize why hoyo don't try to listen to GI players feedback, this is their target audience, casual players that don't care about rewards and will never touch end game content. They just see new character and swipe card, ideal customer for hoyo

I’m with Auty for the artifacts thing. I hate people getting mad that my Nilou “doesn’t have a bloom build,” I hate people getting mad that “Mualani’s a Vape DPS, she shouldn’t be on your bloom team!” Etc.
I mean, I get the Nilou one, but Mualani doesn't even apply hydro enough to be in a bloom, but if that is what tickles your pickle, break a leg friend

To bé fair... Ok people do what they want with their character but not when they complain about content being hard... No it is not hard but if you build your team/character with no Logic don't complain if thé content feel hard 🙄

Doro sees 40% exploration as a lot, while I see it as so little lol. Everything ,except Natlan, is 100% exploration. I love exploring in genshin, it's relaxing to me.

I think mostly because Dodo just doesn't like exploring the map. His playstyle is more combat oriented, so that is why he is so far behind on exploration progress. Like the dessert is nothing, no debuffs like Dragonspine but a lot of streamers be like "Oh it is so big I don't want to do it". Literally just do the world quest and it will at least make it to 70-80% finished.
same 💀 i have every single region available at 100% even Natlan (which was actually easier than I expected).
I recently did my Natlan on 100% and finished also Chenyu on 100%. I love exploration so much that I will hyperfocus, play Genshin for 10 hours until I get location on 100 :D
I kinda like it too when it is just run through cool looking places, kill things and get rewarded...
But unnecessary puzzles that are not even hard or interesting just straight up tiring and repetitive, exploration locked behind long ahh quest with a shit ton of unnecessary unskipable dialog, 3 thousand years slowly climbing stuff or having to repeat a goofy ah mechanic to go somewhere,.etc... those things really really kill the vibe for me and I don't feel like exploring at all thanks to it
I'm jealous about Auty's inventory. I have between 90 and 100% on all the map, Ar 60, 1000+ achievements... And yet I can't save a freaking fragile resin, have more than 200 weapons or even have 1M mora. I feel bad now
And saving mora will be even harder now that new reputation bounties don't give mora anymore

Yup. The desert is extremely easy and fun to explore when compared to the forest. And it has banger OSTs and quests too.

Yessss I LOVED the desert! I loved the ruins and the music and how easy it was to find chests from a distance, and there was just so much. Probably my favorite region to explore so far

Auty plays Genshin just like I do and I love them for that. Never change please Auty. Granted I’ve been taking time to improve my characters recently just so I can get past world level 5 but I still much rather prefer playing the game for fun. However my friends give me shit about it cause they don’t think it’s fun that way, they want to see crazy stats from my characters and crazy numbers in damage but I don’t think it would be as fun that way

I relate to auty so much, I've basically only did daily commissions and exit. Its only until recently that i started farming for my characters, i still havent used any of my fragile resin

In all seriousness I usually save them because breaking them out means investing the time to spend the resin farming whatever and it's time that I don't have much of, ever. I works rather hold them until an emergency like "new favorite character needs these talent books NAO and it's like an hour before daily reset"

Honestly my exploration is so high because I love to see the world 😅 I hate the Ocean thing, I’ve been farming it lately for Xingque and it’s been a pain in the arse.
I started playing Genshin because my daughter was stuck and I had no idea how to help her. I think the most fun I had helping her fix her account was being the same level as her and needing the same bosses. I could join her world and we could both work on our characters between solo questing.
agreed, not every game should be played at a meta build or meta things because that makes the game boring, i mean having a strong 4star or 5star is good to have if it gets hard but in the end its your builds that show the power or skill needed to play them.
It was hilarious to see Doro's reaction to her amount of Mora, Fragile Resin, and Books, especially since I have so much more, haha! As a day one player who logs in daily, I've built all the characters I wanted and still have over 6,000 purple books, 85 million Mora, and around 180 Fragile Resin. So, if you play regularly and complete all events and quests (and I mean completely, as I have explored every region 100%), you’ll have more than enough resources to do whatever you want.
And then theres me. Have no books, resin and little mora xD Its so hard when everything is used up. Just started again after few months. Started in 2022 :,) I even thought about doing a new account and save a little better / more strategic but my 400€ that went into my main would cryy

16:50 2/3 of those pieces were honestly good enough to roll. The flower could roll crit rate and the sands crit damage. Especially the sands, EM mainstat with Atk and double crit is great, even if not for Arlecchino.

Honestly he's really sweet for helping. Her account is really healthy despite how it would look to an invested player. I think it's much better to play the game in a casual way rather than suffer with the absolute pain that is building, farming and clearing nearly impossible content. As someone who is an invested player myself, I can find parts of the game far too time consuming or stressful. Much better to go outside and live her life as she does. Bless her.

This is what I've been doing for my cousin for a year now. Just helping her build the chars she likes and spending the extra time and artifacts on getting teams up so I can jog through abyss/theatre when it resets.
She gets primos and characters that actually bring some damage for when she plays through story stuff and I get to play around with chars I didn't pull on (she likes to collect chars even when she doesn't play them).
Helps that cousin's account sometimes has stupid artifact luck. Her Tartaglia went from having a 4 star hydro cup with basically random stats and a bit of crit DMG to a 5 star 42CV one. Now if only I could get a working set for her Alhaitham...

Pretty sure Auty's Arle has better artifacts than most players, not at all copium! Whimsy domain is cruel and unusual.
If anyone wants a win-button team, Furina + Nahida + Kuki Shinobu + Layla is fantastic. Lay down the skills and fall asleep in Layla’s bubble. (Protip-keep Kuki on-field to get the EM boost from Nahida’s burst, it makes your hyperbloom shots do even more damage).
If you have Zhongli, even better for the resistance debuff, but only if you already have him.

I love these kind of videos and it is good that you are helping your girlfriend. If she just likes the Exploration and Story quests, it is totally OK. Everyone should play the games they like and how they like to play them. I like the Story Quests and Archon Quests, but I also do Spiral Abyss and IT, but only for the Primogems. I try to clear them, but I do not intend to do them each and everyday to just beat a previous session. If I already got all Primogems I wait for the next cycle. If I do not get all, I try them some time again, but up to 5 times at most. I am totally fine with only clearing Spiral Abyss to floor 11, if it is too hard, as I have done it in the past. Luckily for Imaginarium Theater you only need to clear it for the Rewards, but not needing the Star, as far as I know.
Videos like this inspire me to open Genshin and play it but then I remember my ping situation
I'm just at the beginning of the video now but I appreciate the desire to keep her main team even if it's not the strongest grouping. My main team in Genshin is something else for sure but it's made up of characters that I love and 3/4 of them have absolutely carried me through different stages of my playing.
For those curious: it's a combination hyperbloom/burgeon team. Because I can fight just about anything that you'd randomly run into with that.
I feel the same as Doro when I look at my sister's acount. I check her stuff regularly to help out and sometimes farm artifacts with her.

I had this exact same experience when I tried buffing my sister's account. It was just before Raiden's first rerun. I remember because she wanted Raiden but was burned out on Genshin, so I played for her during 2.4 and 2.5. I went through these exact same emotions and experiences.
