I'm glad you found peace. My mother's husband found love shortly after she passed and I was so relieved because he was going to be okay. As Sonja said, it's better than the alternative. Grief can be so debilitating. So if there is hope and love after a spouse/partner passes, that's a silver lining. My siblings were upset about it. But I could not add that to my bereavement. I chose to see it as a good thing. I hope you found love again.

Totally agree with Dorinda about people grieving differently and that there aren't guidelines. And as someone who has lost a spouse/significant other, Dorinda would know! Just be thankful if you're not on that journey of having lost a spouse/significant other!
Bethenny has been through the ringer with clinical narcissist Jason Hoppy. Therapy seems to have helped her make better choices in a partner, and I wish her all the best with Brynn and her new beau. She's my favorite housewife!

I remember she would say she didn’t feel the need to have a relationship with his parents (not because she didn’t like them but because she didn’t have parents around she didn’t want or need them and would close herself off emotionally). Luanne broke her probation. Just read that she had court today and that she had admitted to drinking. I also read that she now has to go to therapy once a week. The judge said she wasn’t going to enough AA meetings.They also said she has to carry a breathalyzer in her car with her. She really needs to stay in rehab and take care of her self. These ladies are not dealing with someone who is well.
It's not that she has to carry a breathalyzer... If you're being ordered to have a breathalyzer in your car they attach it to your car so that your car literally cannot start if you blow a certain number or above. It's way more serious than just carrying a breathalyzer.
Let's not forget season one Luann was a snob and told Bethany in so many words " I am better then you" ! Remember The Countess...LOL. She divorced the count and didn't divorce well....she is broke. This show is heavily scripted and the Real Housewives franchise regularly relies on the ‘add alcohol and see what happens” model.
I feel sorry for Ramona. She’s scheduled because that offers her peace and control. She needs to know she is safe and she does that by micro-managing. I understand this because I was raised with an alcoholic. I never knew what I was coming home to. This. Produced a lot of anxiety. I’m guessing she grew up poor also. The way she was taking the food from the table...the flowers. If you are raised poor you always wonder when your next meal with be. You also don’t wasn’t to waste anything. That’s why she took the flowers. Why leave them on the table when someone else could enjoy them.

Bethany stayed true to herself worked hard and is now wealthy, her money not I married a wealthy man money. Karma.....always comes back, Luann should not have been so mean.
Sonja was so kooky before I thought she has to be putting it on... Especially because now she seems so logical and level headed..
I'd like to thank all the ladies of the cast. You have done me a real favour. Watching recently and all you ever are is hammered and slagging each other off. I can now walk away from alcohol..and hold my head up high. No matter how much money I had I wouldn't want to live your lives

This show is heavily scripted and the Real Housewives franchise regularly relies on the ‘add alcohol and see what happens” model.

I feel sorry for Ramona. She’s scheduled because that offers her peace and control. She needs to know she is safe and she does that by micro-managing. I understand this because I was raised with an alcoholic. I never knew what I was coming home to. This. Produced a lot of anxiety. I’m guessing she grew up poor also. The way she was taking the food from the table...the flowers. If you are raised poor you always wonder when your next meal with be. You also don’t wasn’t to waste anything. That’s why she took the flowers. Why leave them on the table when someone else could enjoy them.
If they’re beautiful flowers I’d take them too. At the end of the party most of the floral arrangements are tossed in the trash. Some places I believe “recycle” the flowers.
