I know this sounds stupid, but I'm glad you have a video now with open coms. It's always my one critique in your vids. You get frustrated with teammates but don't usually openly communicate

Same! None of my friends I play with know callouts and it seems like they don’t want to learn them. Also, just randoms never listen.

Feel like lucid got tired of seeing the comments about him being mean to his teammates lol
he’s usually not mean on comms, just in the commentary which only viewers can see. this is still harmful, because it encourages “everyone is bad but me” mentality, but i would not expect him to be mean to teammates.

Being mean can disrupt/tilt your teammates and make it harder to win since their concentration is thinking about what they did and what was said. Now, for a UA-cam video it's debatable..

Love seeing a video where you’re being positive and collaborate with normal (non pro) teammates. You’re always the best player on the map but this vid shows you being a good leader too 🎉

I've been watching pro Halo since Halo: CE when the Ogre's and Walshy rose to fame... and i can honestly say Lucid, you are the best player I have ever seen play the game. Your aim, positioning, communication and incredible decision making in hectic situations are absolutely ridiculous! You are born for this game dude. I love watching every second.

Not trying to discount Tommy by any means, he's sick. However, the nade at 6:39 was an accident, I'd bet my life he meant it to bounce out to bridge, but it made the weirdest bounce. Weird geometry/texture maybe?
@@mrsickwickdefinitely hit a weird crack in the ground. However, since he was moving backwards, that nade wouldn’t have gone anywhere and still would’ve gotten the kill. The cracks in the ground have killed me more times than is reasonable. I go to throw a nade and it just stops in a crack in the ground and blows up on me
@@Wakaflockaflank Oh yeah absolutely still would have gotten the kill regardless. Yeah I am with you, 343 has a thing for weird geometry. I had the same type of geometry get me killed in H5 all the time! Wasn't like that in HCE-H3.

So I started working through ranks this week. I'm only platinum Vish. I'm AMAZED at how little follow through people have on my damage. I'm top damage like 80% of games, even on losing team. Maybe I'm doing damage at the wrong time or something, or too willy nilly. But people seem like headless chickens to me.
The higher you go the better it gets. When I play with my friend who's platinum I have to carry every game but high diamond/onyx it's completely different. People don't miss shots, they know the map, they know spawns etc...

but did you know one was coming out bottom control to bridge or was that just Halo Timing?
idk but for that player to full send across bridge in that scenario was ineffective

@@JSUN79 bro what don’t make excuses just accept that sometimes this guy gets way too into his head about one little thing going wrong, I can barely watch him that’s why bound is better, he can be funny during the whole video and not rage. The team mate giving him a snipe for free and then that guy dies two seconds later isn’t a big fucking deal lol.
@@hedgehog11953 dude higher plats are influencing spawns, I don’t need to sit here and listen to him whine when a teammate gives away the sniper for free then that same enemy who grabbed snipe walks around the corner and dies two seconds later. I watch a good amount of lucid and when he himself makes bad plays the guy cannot fucking admit it when he’s at the bottom of the scoreboard, or makes one of the dumbest pushes I’ve seen in months , cause he does
