Works perfect!!! I Have the error code 7404 (yellow). The printer ist 5 years old and printed 2.400 pages. Disassembling is very easy. The more I disassembled the printer, the faster it went. Less than 5 minutes per round. 1. Try: Screw a little bit right, No error code, Message"Replace Toner" 2. Try: Screw now a little bit left, No error code, Message "Low Toner" 3. Try: Screw one more a little bit left, Error Code "7404" 4. And last Try: Screw a little, little more right, No error code, No Toner message I am very happy, Printer ist now printing with low-budget-toner. Thank you for this great tip!!!
There may be a message after a few prints: "Raplace toner" or "Toner low". Maybe in a different color. (7401,7402,7403) Then you need to adjust a little again. But it will be good. I have already printed over 500 pages, without error.
@@tyool2684 Thank you for your answer. I have printed today 50 pages in every colour and black/white. No error codes or "replace toner"-messages any more. Everything works fine!
Danke es hat geholfen, ich habe es den bei der blauen Farbe ausprobiert mit der kleinen Schraube ich habe die den bis Anschlag nach rechts gedreht eine halbe Umdrehung und wieder alles zusammen gebaut fertig.
At the colour C i miss this option. So i did it at the other colours, but at C it is not possible, it seems. No my Kyocera printer dont´t accept this colour, even when I put in a new one. Have I overlooked this option? Than you for an answer.
@Tyool thank you for this great clip. I've got another question - my printer says "close the backdoor" but it IS closed. it is locked with the grey hooks. I have TWO 6021's - i can compare that - all looks fine - but something after the "SELF FEST" says "close the rear cover". I´ve always only used original toners. Still the error 7404 came up. How is that possible.

This is a temporary solution. You have to change the developer and use only a genuine Kyocera toner.
Do I need this do with all colors or just yellow?
