View from Florida as Tropical Storm Debby expected to make landfall.
Hurricane Debby is expected to move slowly across the northern part of Florida before stalling over the coastal regions of Georgia and South Carolina, where it could bring 'potentially historic rainfall', according to the National Hurricane Center.
Tropical Storm Debby had been upgraded to a Category 1 hurricane by the National Hurricane Center, and it continues on a collision course with the Florida coastline.
