This video is so informative and helpful! I’m not even in the UK and i can already imagine how much cost will be saved on these! You’re amazing Obianuju!❤️
44 pounds only 😱? Let me fly to UK from US to purchase lol. The butcher even knew tripe is called shaki..lol. Language barrier no go spoil his market lol.
You can get the same in US and cheaper, but it depends on where you are. If you are in Maryland or Virginia, New Jersey, there are places like this to get all of these things and affordable
Your joy is so contagious 😊 I enjoyed every bit of it, I also wrote out the full details and sent to my friends in the UK already. Can't wait to also come over
This shop you're buying fish from is a bit more pricey compared to the shop to your left from the entrance. However, those ones don't sell in retail KG unlike this seller you bought from. Also, you can negotiate prices in veggies section incase you didnt know and if you go farther inside, you get a few pounds off same size of box for peppers and fruit especially. I live in M40 and stock up on wholesales from all these places you visited. Its a steal ALWAYS!
@@omololasunday-pius9704 I honestly never even noticed the name but I always buy from them and you can't miss them from the entrance. It's the first store to your left. All the stores are on your left from the entrance so it's hard to miss. There's very fresh turkey at the other side of the abattoir she bought her meat too within same compound but they all don't cut turkey. That's why I go to another cold room, somewhere not far from the city centre to buy turkey in carton and chop it in sizes there. Also, it's advisable to beg them to help slam the boxes of frozen food on their floor like twice before you leave so that you can portion them into the freezer.
Shopping for food makes me happy too🎉🎉🎉🎉...Let me share this video to my subscribers looking for where to buy and share in Manchester ....pls drop the location in the description box
Nice video and well detailed. I live in Manchester(Salford) and we only eat African foods but! All bought from the African store.... I hope to visit this market soon. Please, how do you separate(defrost) the meat you'd use from the bulk, please? Thank you.
This was a brilliant video! thanks for making it :) I would love to know how you broke down, prepared and cooked the liver, and what animal the liver came from? Love that i found this video :) thank you
Well done. For just a couple you overbuy sha. It may take nearly a year to finish. Please send some my way. Especially the towel and croaker. If I ever come to Manchester I will charter protein. I don't know where they sell bulk meat in London.
That dance when she opened the turkey carton had me laughing. That's a real Lagos jaiye jaiye dance. Love your video, very fun and explanatory. Clear video and audio too. Had me saying "God when" both for relocation and for couple goals. God bless you guys and fulfill your journey in Jesus name, Amen 💌
Hi I live in Manchester as well , near the meat shop, me too I’m planning to go to the Smithfield and the meat shop. I think bulk buying will certainly help since the rising costs are insane. ❤️ you
Nice video 👍thank you so much. Could you please say how you store all these proteins? Even the peppers. Looks like a lot for our standard apartment fridge freezers here. Thank you
Anthony Burns is now closed in case anyone is planning on going. We went yesterday and they closed down last month. However, there is a poultry wholesaler a couple of doors down,. xx
Thank great video. In my mother's days when she used to shop at Smithfield Market you needed a membership is this still the case? The only thing missing from the video is the name of the providers that you bought your products from. Are you able to list or provide this? My mother brought us up shopping at Smithfield market everything in bulk. I am sorry I didn't carry on the tradition (because I thought you needed membership). I hope I can now start to shop there. Excellent video.
Good job babes. I can't count the number of times of watched this video and I've shared it with my friends. Please is this the same market as the one on Openshaw Manchester? What days do they open and what's the best time to go? I'll be going from Stoke-on-Trent so I want to know the perfect to catch up with the train. Thanks in advance for your response. I love this video and your vibe 😂 in fact I've subscribed
The Titus is expensive, here in London is £1 each or 6 for &5 So if you get 20 in that pack, for £27. The turkey and chicken are worthy, as well as the shrimp, the meat, and goat.
@@AngelObianuju I'm in Lincoln but want to come to the market one of these days so I would appreciate the names of the market where the items were bought. Thanks
nice and informative video please kindly do a video on how big your freezer would be to store these foods you bought from a wholesale market i think the 200 pounds investment will save a family of two or three for months thank you so much for this video we move you

Thank you love❤
Makes more sense buying in bulk as long as you have a means of storing the items. Cooking in large quantities and freezing also saves time and money.
Nice video but you should always ask them to cut the fish/meat for you so it's easy to portion and store when you get home.
They don't do that at wholesale markets (which is where she was) as they sell in bulk boxes for resale in smaller shops that will do that for you.
44 pounds only 😱? Let me fly to UK from US to purchase lol. The butcher even knew tripe is called shaki..lol. Language barrier no go spoil his market lol.

It's the lack of freezer space that stops me shopping like this. And the preparation time for that much meat and veg.
