I live in newyork long Island I open hair salon but I can't find how I make appointment for inspection first-time opening when I go dmv lady said I can open without inspection but I saw in video and heard from people I need inspection if you know please guide
Hello, you must reach out to TDLR in your state and request an inspection!You can also go on the TDLR website and look for the form to open a new salon! It cost to fill the form out in some states! Once you fill it out and return to tdlr in your state! You will be on the list for an inspection. They will not notify when they will come! The my normally pop up unannounced and inspect you in the spot. Hopefully, this helps

Hello, Mercedes! I have statefarm! I own a much larger salon now. So, the insurance runs me about $104.00 a month. But, for a small space it should be $25 depending on the company you use.

Hello, no there isn’t due to covid 19. I have yet to see an inspector inspect suites. That does not mean they won’t. That only mean they will pop up once they have completed the backed up request or files.
