That isn't a good thing for a game that looks this expensive. Doesn't have an identity of its own, but rather, the devs have copy and pasted the formula of the mainstream fantasy genre and follow trends for easy bucks.

the environments are amazing, but it remains to be seen how the gameplay is going to "come together" in the final product. On top of that, I'm not sure what witchcraft they're going to use to hit a 60 fps target on midrange systems...if that's even possible. The framerate on these gameplay videos is all over the place seems to be all over the place. Particle effects in larger skirmishes and the ensuing frame spikes could make combat a mess...
it's apparently a better engine than BDO, who also has plenty of particle effects, but you never know with how complex games are now how it will run on your machine
Damn I hope we can tone down those hair physics and skill effects.. which I think we can judging from BDO's settings.. they also reuse some succession warrior animations from BDO.. but I think thats normal to game developers reusing assets and stuff.. if they can't deliver a decent story then maybe a good gameplay loop like that portal dungeon with different builds to try.. otherwise having a demo is a big W with how games are performing these days.
if they add the life stuff that’s in black desert like farming, trading and building boats then this will dethrone the witcher 3 for greatest single player rpg game ever made! great video btw!!!
Combat looks sick. Some of the creature designs in the older trailers were from hunger, but the new ones are looking good. Hopefully it performs well on consoles.
I hope the open world is mostly seamless, the boos fights they've shown seems to be instanced and related to quests, with every time a portal opening up (maybe link to the islands in the sky we've seen), but they've also shown in one of the trailers the character skydiving so i hope we don't get the Starfield treatment
To be fair all the wrestling stuff been there since the beginning since the first look so I mean it’s not really out of place obviously u can change to that on big bosses but it’s something kinda fresh and this game is in late development seems I don’t think they will change this late in the game

I love this game’s visuals, but the combat looks like it comes from a different game. I wish it was a little more grounded and less over the top and flashy. It just doesn’t fit the style in my opinion.

This game has way too many effects, shit flying all over, camera shaking all over, bunch of scattering in the movements, FPS are horrible, characters models are literally flying over the ground. This game prformance seems awful, this is something allways bothered me with this game since it was anounced and they dont seem to fix it, neither i see anyone talking about it The game world and art of the game seems impecable one of the best of all time, but the performance is just killing it
Yeah ……hopefully there’s a way to turn off all those wrestling takedowns because I’m not sure it fits the vibe. Everything else seems serious and then there’s dead rising combat 😂
