It's better to take ur own lube to the centre during servicing and give the agent to spray it....I did that only...it's served the purpose without payment

Good points! I missed this while taking delivery of my bike from the showroom, although I have not seen until now any defects yet but it sure should be a good practice to demand for the PDIR, as you can then reason with the showroom guys with your next step of action. Otherwise, they are usually in a hurry to give you the bike. Thanks!

They charge 250+ taxes for chain cleaning.. What they only do in free or paid is bike oil change, clean air filter , adjust handle bar and wash the bike that's it.
On Service/Maintenance Record page of the user manual it is written as follows, "NOTE : Cost of parts, lubricants, filters and other consumables are chargeable to the customer on their respective service activities. Refer the periodic Maintenance chart for the respective Service activities." Hence they charge for chain lubrication. I was charged 150Rs and not free. There is nowhere mentioned in the user manual that chain lubrication is free of cost. If you see it please provide page number of user manual. Thank you.

Few days ago, I purchased ROYAL ENFILED ELECTRA from panipat MONGA automobile Showroom. After riding 500 km , it's time to service the bike. So i called service centre and ask for servicing time. I hand over my bike for servicing on 24 dec 2021 and i asked to return it next day. The next day 25 dec 2021, i went to showroom and collect my bike. The behaviour of the lady at the front counter was so bad. She asked if i got a messege for review of servicing, she takes my fon and fill all the reviews by herself with 5 star rating . After that I took my bike, and after riding few kilometres, I found that none of the work was done, I told them to do . The front break was still making rubbing sound, the clutch was still loose and making sound. Silencer still smoky. And they charged 1300 rupees but not done a single work in vehicle. Even engine oil is not changed by them... And I'm feeling that they have changed some of the parts of my bike..

Sir i live in Bhuj-kutch. I own a chestnut classic 350. Jaise apne bola yaha bhi free service k dauran service centre vale chain lube nahi karte. They tell to buy chain lube from Royal Enfield by paying extra Rs. 300. I have personally seen that during free service they don't inspect a single thing. I faced the same issue .,I took my TB X for first service., where I was deceived by the mechanic there.,.he only changed the engine oil and just took a general ckh up ,...no air filter cleaning was done,no carburettor tuning done,no tyre pressure chkd..,.,I filed a complaint to the Royal Enfield customer care and later on they took action and made the service centre to apologise to me and they re serviced my bike

@Bullet Guru At the back of service coupons, those are the activities that are to be done for free. There will be no charge for lubricating the chain if the lubricant is provided by the customer because the activity is free and not the lubricant.

N one more thing, I've just got my bike serviced. They charged ₹1138 but didn't gv any invoice except a slip which served as a gate pass. Don't even knw wt they did in that service. Shall I go n inquire abt it or spare them for this time?? Nxt time I'll be aware of such frauds n won't hazitate kicking their teeth down the throat.

Lol bro it is not free. Word "FREE PLAY" means movement or elasticity. I work at hero. There are measurements of various things like brake, clutch and chain. Measured in mm. These things have different free play. If free play is high clutch or chain will b loose n should b tighten up. Big fan of urs but plz research first
Rear drive chain free play ka matlab freely movement se hai that i know brother, agar ap jo keh rahe ho wo hota to usme Check and Adjust ata, na ki Check, clean, Lubricate & Adjust, Maybe ap right hoge brother or kya pata m wrong hu but lube charges are too over thank you sharing your point of view brother

Mera bike honda sp 125 h jisme 3 service free h. maine 3 nov. 2023 ko 2nd service 3100 km par karwaya tha aur 3rd service ka last date 7 may 2024 tha lekin mera bike abhi 4100 km hi chala h isiliye maine abhi servicing ni karaya h. Today when I went for my 7th paid service , mechanic told that my fuel tank is leaking through air passage pipe, while doing the service in the middle. It was not happening till today before my GMG went for service..How can this be possible ???And also, Is fuel tank is covered in warranty, I bought my GMG 1.5years back...Please, help!!

Agree with u brother but service proper hona bhi jaruri hai bike ki life ke liye, warranty 2yrs ki hai or ap jante ho bullet ko 2yrs m kuch nahi hota hai normally, main issue 3 to 4yrs m ate hai due to bad service, Isliye long term ka soche ke bola brother. Company warranty cover only manufacturing defect or wo bike m proof karna is very difficult isliye warranty claim m bhi bhut issues hote hai. Thanks for sharing your point of view brother

I have classic 350 Redditch Red. From the 5 to 6th day there is unnecessary sound comes from engine ''tak tak tak" what is the problem behind that sound. Is it covers in warrenty? If i want to get fix it is there any charge of it from showroom? I bought in January 2019.

Lol bro it is not free. Word "FREE PLAY" means movement or elasticity. I work at hero. There are measurements of various things like brake, clutch and chain. Measured in mm. These things have different free play. If free play is high clutch or chain will b loose n should b tighten up. Big fan of urs but plz research first

Today when I went for my 7th paid service , mechanic told that my fuel tank is leaking through air passage pipe, while doing the service in the middle. It was not happening till today before my GMG went for service..How can this be possible ???And also, Is fuel tank is covered in warranty, I bought my GMG 1.5years back...Please, help!!

Agree with u brother but service proper hona bhi jaruri hai bike ki life ke liye, warranty 2yrs ki hai or ap jante ho bullet ko 2yrs m kuch nahi hota hai normally, main issue 3 to 4yrs m ate hai due to bad service,
Isliye long term ka soche ke bola brother.
Company warranty cover only manufacturing defect or wo bike m proof karna is very difficult isliye warranty claim m bhi bhut issues hote hai.
