Hi and thank you. Just at the point where we are about to really get some developing done, start a business, create some APPs and Publish them. We just found you - and - You have (without a doubt) saved us a lot of $$$$$$ and assisted to making even more $$$$$ with your video. In closing - we so much appreciate you taking the time to do these videos as they are HUGELY appreciated.
Comments like these make my day. Thank you for taking the time to comment. For any help with marketing, feel free to reach out to my team messenger arsh.cc/messenger or WhatsApp arsh.cc/whatsapp
This is extremely helpful. My developer friend and I (UX designer) are working to improve an app he already built, which I guess you could say is the MVP. It has lots of valuable feedback including praise, criticism and feature requests. This is basically gold to a UX designer! Listening to your users is a sure fire way to give the experience that they want, since they are already telling you what it is they’re looking for. That is a huge benefit of building an MVP. It will not farm dollars at first, but it will farm feedback, which can become dollars later if executed properly :) We are inexperienced in monetization strategies hence why I am doing research online so we can figure out the best path forward and make the most of users’ feedback. Once again your videos are very helpful for that. Thanks!
So cool ! Hope you find success soon with the app!! Currently doing the same. Not rushing to release it but to make it efficient in its functions. Failure is the beginning of success though. Not the end. Some make apps within a week. Some take their time to craft it. Take your time with the product! Rushing creates more errors than anything. After a while you must be confident in the production of the app to release it to stores as a trail run. With time you can even build into marketing and app exposure to increase its chances. With a good app your chances increase vs a crappy one just for the sake of having an app. Good video points !!! Your view of it is golden and will take you far. Then just wanting profit from it. Developing is a process to not be rushed to see who can make the fastest app. They burn out as fast as they come. Staying power is what you want. An efficient app. Not just another app.
Thank you for giving valuable information on the Website and Application development company in San Francisco. Keep sharing more details about App development.

Would you ad adds before launching the mvp? If not wouldn't your first users react badly to suddenly seeing ads on an app they have bern using for free for a few months?

so you’re saying not to go straight to the car, but start slow. That’s smart! But how do you keep people engaged with just the skateboard if there are comparable apps that already have all the features?
How then does one avoid the beta test / mvp cycle? Take an example.. I build my MVP; the skateboard, feedback from beta testers is this would work better with handles ... now you can't launch yet, because this crucial feedback sends you back to the drawing board to change the MVP to a scooter. When the scooter MVP comes out, the beta group sees value in the bicycle .... etc etc ... This is a loop cycle that ultimately ends up at the car. So shouldn't a development team just focus on making an MVP car instead?
The whole concept of MVP is to get your minimum functional app/product out there as soon as possible. So as per the example in my video, you launch much sooner, at the skateboard stage compared to the tyre stage which is unusable. Another example could be Amazon. Their MVP was to build a simple online website where people could buy things online. So it began as an online bookstore. It's success became a validation that people wanted to buy things online and Amazon became what it is today. Airbnb's MVP was the founders’ own apartment. It became clear that travellers were willing to stay in someone else’s home to save money on accommodation, and the platform grew from there. Hope this helps! To do app beta testing, prepare your app and select a testing platform like TestFlight or Google Play Console. Hire testers, distribute the app, and gather feedback on any issues or improvements needed. Use the feedback to make necessary changes before the final release.
Question: does the MVP principle apply to apps that are not new in concept or functionality but is targeting a different and new geographic region? Example: a PayPal app targeting a region where Payal is unavailable in the region’s language. Thx
Yes, Eyas. MVP principle could be applied to new or old concepts or old concepts being introduced to new regions. For any help connect with my team on messenger arsh.cc/messenger or WhatsApp arsh.cc/whatsapp

Hi Robert, if you have the skills to build the MVP yourself, you can do so but sometimes it takes a long time. In that scenario, you can hire a company to build the MVP for you and achieve faster time to market.
The skateboard example is awesome!

Sir it is to design app without knowing coding I have a great idea sir but I don't know how to make or design a app it's is possible sir?
You can learn to build it yourself or hire a freelancer to do it for you.

Hello sir.. this is Aishwary dev singh.
I'm making a app so need your help...for some knowledge.
If I wonna have a location service, can I use Google’s map ? Any fees?
Yes you can. There's a threshold till you can use for free.
I wanted to know how successful can a one day app be? Or a special event app
Umm... what kind of special event?
How to do beta testing?

Hi @ArshSingh, How could we increase traction and awareness of our app? What are the three most powerful ways to do that without paid ads?
How to protect idea?
NDAs but if it's a common one then simply launch an MVP and get started.
Thnx
Welcome
