Kitchen looks great and being in NC-just want to share my experience, I think some ppl Might like Gas stove rather than induction (it looks grt though ) so be flexible and say willing to change few things like Gas cooktop or so if offer looks great /whoever is buying home . Wishing you All the Best w/Home Sale !! Ee white kitchen trending lo unde before 2022 but its gone for good now. This trend stripped off all character and color from many homes sadly. Any other color would have been amazing and brought so much interest to the kitchen. Now it feels like it is naked and vulnerable to all stains and spill accidents 😅

The home looks amazing with all modern look. But, I don’t know financially if you are on the right path?
I think it’s been an year you moved to India and waiting these many days to sell home ? I can imagine how much EMI you would have paid. You might say Ganesh was in it but somehow the calculations are not adding up. If you just take the Monterey part of it somehow I feel like it’s a not a right decision. Ofcourse nobody wants to be in loss and there could be many hidden things. But, once you sell off home hope you give a clear explanation about the financial part related to home so that it will be useful for those who are in your shoes.
You as a family moving together to India that feel itself is so relaxing. Hammayya these guys are all settled up annattu ga.. all the best..
