Reasonable plot with nice nuance showing a life of a smart, kinda and hard working couple. Nothing super exaggerated, even FL medical skills are limited in a logical way bc she’s a western medicine doctor so her traditional medicine knowledge is limited in some way. So she became a disciple for another doctor, making her assimilation seamless. She’s kind, measured but can be feisty when she wants to. ML is sweet and doting from the start. I love that she came into a normal person and not some horrible girl and had to fight stupid prejudices and assumptions. She came fresh into ML family so she gets to make her own impression on them. Everything took the right amount of time to develop so you get a full story. Pretty couple. ML can look a little dull in his expressions next to FL acting but still good enough for this kind of show. Even the bad family are like regular ppl level of mean , enhanced by the societal standard back then. They’re not overtop dog blood BS. There are many other normal kind ppl around them and not everyone but the leads are evil.

I didn't skip any part of this story. It's so good to see a normal 'transmigrated' character. No superman skills or anything. just a doctor in a young girl's body trying her best to improve her life and that of her family. The leads were great together, her in-laws and the friends she made along the way were also great.

She is brave and wise also....ML is also good...The kidnaping scene is also very realistic... While she screamed ,people appeared to help her ....Not like she was the only person there on a public place ... Whole drama is good...worth watch..❤

I loved this drama it was logical ( a part from the transmigration thing 😂) and very era related and the moments between the leads were sooooooooo cuuuuuuute i wanted to hug them 😂😂😂
*Ps : I can't believe I didn't fast-forward any part of this , even though it's just a story about a regular girl with medical skills, her student/scholar husband and their family. I just love it
I also love how there were men who found her attractive but we're respectful and kept their distance from her. I enjoyed this drama

I love love love this drama. It’s such a simple realistic story that we viewers are craving for. There’s nothing too outrageous in terms of characters or plot or acting. If you do come across this drama, definitely watch it. The only provlem is the missing English translations throughout. It seems every other line is missing. You can get the gist of it but I know I’m missing things too. 😢😢😢😢😢

1 hour into watching this and no skipping (this is a record for me, lol). Yes, this one is that good and so far quite logical than other chinese drama in this troupe. Love it when FL explained the aftercare for cesarean surgery... Also when she become the apprentice...

這劇蠻好看的。女主睿智美麗，從小女孩開始演到二十歲左右，最初不施（或是少許）脂粉，到後來上妝了，樣子更加美麗，可看出是天然的美。男主雖然不太帥，但樣子奶狗奶狗的，也是耐看型，樣子和演技都嫩一點，但勝在年輕，來日可期啊。其實男二男三的千羽和吳勇都是帥哥啊。
劇情故事也不錯，女主借著前世醫術和見識，也能事事逢凶化吉，最終與男主修成正果，兩人相處也是甜甜的，值得一看，惟有些部份剪接前後倒置，實為美中不足之處。

This was really interesting to watch. The female lead is very beautiful, her acting is very natural. The male lead is also very good-looking and protective. The male leads family were well acted too. Although I noticed we stopped seeing the baby sister after a while. 😂😂 The drama was a different plot than has been in many others and it was worth watching.

This was entertaining to watch. 🎵FL started from the bottom now we're here!🎵 First time seeing a 14yo (28yo mentally) character navigate life as a child bride. The translation dropped a lot but didn't take away from the drama. With a complete and sweet ending...on to the next!!!
I agree and disagree with you about the translation problem. I agree it didn’t affect the understanding of the drama. I do disagree that if we had the complete translations, the viewing experience would have been elevated. I understood most of the drama but I know I missed things too. 😢😢😢😢😢
