It remind me of my childhood...I am a proud changpa....thank god for let me born in changthang..💗💗💗💗
Wonderful... India in Motion.. It just simply recalled my childhood as a member of Changpa nomads...Apart of that I have done my Ph.D thesis on my community (changpa)... thanks again for sharing
Oh that's interesting. Is your thesis published anywhere? I would love to browse through it to get more insights into their lives.
Then I have a doubt. Do you have that much grass under that ice for such big herds to graze?
Congratulations for your PhD. I would love to spend my life with them ,we talk about eco friendly way of living life .
Your way of living life is a great example for me.Thank you .
Speechless, peaceful, emotional. Thank you for capturing this, This should be on Netflix or Amazon.
You are welcome. UA-cam has a bigger audience than either of those platforms 🙂
I tears because I miss my parents....
Thanks for upload

Great respect for the herding communities that are almost completely self reliant and virtually untouched by modern wastefulness.
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
i was reading somewhere that ladakh was considered a happy state inspite of the harsh weather conditions here. Thats because people live simple and together in communities respecting the environment. Hope outsiders always respect this tradition and not try to take development here. One of the few left natural habitats.
When you see such life, it force you to think what is your life meant for? What is money for when you are unhealthy? I think our The Great Himalayan terrain itself is a natural gym to work out.
Really admire your work. All the viewers please appreciate his work because it needs mental plus physical readiness to shoot, having no team on ground plus when you are your own all the time.
Respect for the creator of this channel!
Moment when I don't feel like i am wasting my time on youTube. Love your work.
What a show buddy . Just sitting on my chair I have lived a life of changthang.
People in India are amazing, they are humble and love the land they belong to.
True and well said
Not like CCP, NEPALand WESTERN
they claim everything is there and destroy wenn someone protest
Tibetan know why they came to INDIA
were the langauge and religion originated
Land od GOD and Knowlegde
Not like other everything is manupulated and artificial
Hi Saravanan, recently I found your channel and it is a treasure. I used to see your breath taking photographs but the videos are so good to watch. Please keep doing this and take us to different world experience!
Such a tough life, yet, so calm, peaceful and content.
So thankful to the crew members for bearing the hardships to produce this beautiful video. The Buddhist values rooted are rooted in those people and lives in harmony with animals under harsh condition.
this was beautiful. best video of that region. Usually people will just go and take some pictures, but you have captured the daily lives of people which is very hard to see in any vlogs or documentaries these days. You have done a phenomenal job.
God what have you created. The single most soul stirring documentation of anything earthly !! Love & Respect.
@India In Motion ... in my childhood we were out there with sheep all the day eating roti with gur(jaggery)..i wish to go back some day a spend sometime with shepherds in the mountains

Lovely video, u covered all the important things here. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for the video. I live near Boston, USA so have no knowledge about the daily life of the Changpas or places in that area of the world.
I think ladak is the most peaceful place in Jammu and Kashmir.
jihaddi kashmiris are problem in this region otherwise the whole region is nice and peacefull, ladhak and jammu people are pro India

You made me respect nomads more n more. Whenever I watch your videos especially of changpas it really made my day. Nomads are really going through the real hardships in their life n still they are happy😊 keep it up man👍
Thanks Nupur. Grass always seems greener on the other side. If given a chance most of the Changpas would prefer to live in cities and towns like us.
Such a hard working life. May God give them strength.
Beautiful.. respect for your love and effort to bring these stories to us.
I'm from ladakh and I'm also a changpa... 😊 But now we are living in kargil. Living an urban life and we still have goat and 🐑.. And cow..
@anwar hussain
The Changpa are a Tibetan people, and practise Tibetan Buddhism.
"Anwar Hussain" is a Tibetan name, just as I am the Pope of Rome!
@@mereunetulburat8022 my ancestors were converted to Islam many of peoples in ladakh converted into Islam in past

You are a great teacher. Some gurus teach with words, you teach by manifesting the principles of universal knowledge. Yes, you are absolutely right, the Universe does manifest reality based on your clear intent. The Changpas are manifesting beauty, hardship and freedom, it is their reality. What a wonderful teaching from life. Perhaps this is Life in Motion.
The stories you are telling now will continue to inspire people and tell them about the lives of these people for a long long period of time!! Thankyou!!
Great video. Very informative. Changpas are hard working people
It's been a joy to watch your work as a whole, got to learn so much about the mountain people , their culture , about the geography and the dedication you put out make these amazing masterpiece. Best wishes man! So stoked to watch more and learn more from your videos.
I agree with the comment below that this is the best video I have watched on Ladakh. Very thoughtfully and beautifully made with a lot of respect to the indigenous folk.

Fantastic narrative, voice, philosophic titles. Thank you
Your voice is very sweet, some times to feel peace I listen your voice sir, and your video helps me to work more hard as these people are doing, you are best sir. Please keep continue your work.
I love your previous Ladakh series about people and their culture ,work, survival but this is on another level best video on the tribe people of Ladakh. Keep it up👍👍👍👍
Thanks Suman. That series was more about my travels, with a little bit of culture mixed in. But this one is totally about the people and I enjoy making videos like this.
@@indiainmotion and I enjoy this type of video, lots of people make travel videos but one can rarely find the type of video you are making. Good luck for your upcoming videos
I will support this guy forever, what a calm soul..!!!
I wish your videos get millions views. You putting lots of effort. I am 100% sure UA-cam exist just because of creator like you.
Thanks Tarun. UA-cam exists because of funny cat videos. But seriously it is a great platform for independent people like me to put out content and make a living from it. Eventually... (I get less than 50$ a month from UA-cam).
Hey, amazing series please keep up good work, really appreciate the time and dedication you put in. May God bless you.
Thank you for sharing the harsh, grim yet natural, happy, slow way of life away from the vices and pain of the cities.

Great video Bro. So much to see and learn. Thanks. Keep up the Good work. I always say there is so much our country has to show and be seen. You're just doing that. Kudos to you and your team.
Thanks Sarosh. Btw I always enjoy pointing this out. There is no team here, is just one person.
@@indiainmotion Great work done bro. All the very best to you. Looking forward to your further videos.
This is wonderful. Can't took my eyes of the video even for a second. Thanks.
Super bro the way of changpa's is very interesting 👌
I love this! 👍👍👍
It's great to watch your channel. You have such love for Changpa. No commercial Bear Grylis can match you. You have that calmness in you not running to somewhere all the time. The people here have hard life but simple and undisturbed.
Man ur living my life...I am so happy to see you...preparing for ias exam gives me the opportunity to learn all this but u have seen and felt it.... mine is knowledge ,urs is wisdom
When you have to burn yak shit for a fire to make the tea......we Americans have no idea how spoiled and lazy we are. The Changpa people are beautiful and strong people and they have a truly beautiful life.
A very, very nice way of documentation. A fairly long and a detailed video of this sort in the times of a quick-ie, is commendable. Keep it going strong. May the force be with you.
Brilliant footage and spectacular scenery.
Though living a tough life they look so happy and we urban people with every facilities lacks the most important thing i. e happiness. Thumbs up 👍
I think I found u and ur videos during when I was looking for good stuff on like time lapse and stuff at leh... so it goes back I think 2 3 years back when I saw your channel and since then I have been seeing your each video... and I wish I could join u in one of ur regular visits to the place... and get up close and personal with the locals is the best I think so... u could also make a series of these and sell out to amazon prime or Netflix
That's a interesting suggestion Vasu. I've also thought about the same. But the quality of my content is not upto the level they'll demand. It will slowly get there though.
I’m so glad that i found your channel but also sad that i found it so late , i might have missed your years of hardwork but each of your work is just so serene and it has left me awestruck. I’m spellbound. Please keep up the good work, it works like magic, it has transitioned me into a different world altogether. What better way to promote sustainability than going back to the roots! You’ve been doing great my friend❤️
These people have hard life but seems so simple and feels so peaceful....free from any needs or wants....just them and their life
Your content is truly inspiring ..no showoff, nor r you trying to prove something too eagerly ...like other vloggers ... I have been going to ladakh from last 10 years straight but I couldn't capture ladakh the way you do ...truly can learn a lot from you ...keep up your tremendous work ...cheers
Wow! Omg my changthang.
The most appreciable thing is the strong relationship and understanding among people which we in cities don't have
