Bureaucracy is actually accountable to people's elected representative. But our problem is . We the people are not selecting the correct representative. All elected representative are corrupt in the current method of elections. Which in turn is making the Bureaucracy corrupt. We can change representative in next elections. But not corrupt Bureaucracy escape. So solution is to redefine elections process so that we get non (less) corrupt representative . Who has the power to keep a check on Bureaucracy.
So long as private property is there, corruption also will be there. Profit orientation of economy and production is the problem. More than half of the activities we do at present will become unnecessary. 80%of judicial system can be done away with. Civil cases relating to property will not be there. Most criminal cases also arise from property and greed. Since profit is not the motive, accounting profession is not required. Most of the proffessions and institutions will become redundant.
@@jaganthambi9665 bureaucracy has job security and other pension benefits. They don't need to be accountable once they get the job. I think only Punishment transfer is there if they don't perform.
