    Ever wondered how some sellers seem to always hit the jackpot with their products? Well, today, I'm peeling back the curtain on a technique to find winning products that’s been working for me for yearrrsss across platforms (so this isn’t just specific to sell on 1 site…..you can use this everywhere).
    I call it ‘Reverse Sniping’ - it’s a method that's not just about finding what’s actually selling for you competitors, but also identifying where they’re sourcing these hot-selling items from. That way they’ll no longer have an advantage over you. You can compete with them on shipping time, price, listing quality….and then improve on their offer with things like better videos to sell your products….or even undercutting their price slightly if you want to.
    When I first started selling on facebook Marketplace years ago, I realized quickly that the key to success was figuring out what was already selling well. Sure you could play the volume game and list a lot…..or you could just test test test relentlessly….both solid strategies in the beginning.
    But if you wanted to jumpstart your sales quickly….the fastest path to getting there was to ALSO sell what people were buying on the platform.
    It was proven, you knew it had a higher likelihood to sell already, you knew there were customers ACTUALLY purchasing it on the platform already….and the algorithm already knew what products were doing well…..and would organically serve those products (and products like them) to more people (hoping it would result in more sales and revenue for that company)…..which makes sense obviously.
    So, the not so secret - secret…..not just with facebook marketplace back in the day….but with selling anywhere really (tiktok shop, poshmark, mercari, etsy, etc…)…..is to STOP trying to reinvent the wheel in the beginning. Do what’s already working for people….list what’s already selling.
    The trick? Reverse engineering the process by sniping other sellers' best products. Let me walk you through the four methods I used to uncover the suppliers of hot-selling products….
    So, let’s say you’re selling in the fitness niche on tiktok shop and you’re not sure what products will actually sell. The best way to find out is to…..
    Go look at other people ALREADY selling on the platform and find out what they’re selling. That’s the low hanging fruit.
    To see this, you can use a software like kalodata….which will literally spoon feed you what’s selling in your niche…..I’ve already covered this in other videos. I’ll link one at the bottom of the description if you want to learn more.
    Or you can just search around tiktok….or within the tiktok shop tab….and find other pages that are selling within your niche.
    Then find what products for them have the most sales (tiktok literally tells you this by “past sold” under each product)….and then find the supplier so you can also list and sell that too.
    If you’re struggling to find the supplier, you can do 4 simple things….
    1-Google Search: This one's pretty straightforward but often overlooked. You start by searching the exact title of the product you're interested in on Google. If you don’t get any results, try breaking down the title into smaller keyword phrases and search again. This method is simple yet effective.
    And honestly, you’ll find that most times (the sellers can be lazy) and they hardly change up the title very much…which makes googling it bring back the supplier link more often than not.
    2-Reverse Image Search: This is where it gets interesting. You can go to Google and look for the 'reverse image search' option. Here, instead of words, you use pictures. I usually start with the first image from the product listing, but if that doesn't give me any leads, I try with other images from the same listing. Sometimes sellers shuffle images around to either throw off snipers or to highlight what they think might attract more clicks and sales.

    Thank you for your amazing content! I find your videos extremely helpful! I even purchased one of your courses to help me develop and monetize on my expertise. As you can see, I teach English as a Second Language and my videos are for English Language Learners. So, I am looking to see what products that sell that I could offer to English learners here on UA-cam and on TikTok as well. Thanks again!

    Thanks for the info. Where in Kalodata do I see who the supplier and also the dropshipper?

      If you click on the product it’ll tell you the creator. You can also click the creator tab to see top creators. To find the supplier you need to reverse engineer the product (like this video shows)

    You have the highest quality videos for this type of content, keep making videos and you will blow up, only a matter of time.
    Question: When it comes to sourcing a lot of resellers are very defensive and secretive. I know making personal relationships with retailers (ie slipping the manager a $50 and checking out the backroom or getting in before the store opens) is popular, not to mention just building a business relationship normally. So in your experience reselling, is online arbitrage and souring more efficient or is the old fashioned way of handshakes and business relationships irl sourcing still better?

    • @BryanGuerratv
      @BryanGuerratv  6 місяців тому

      Thanks that really means a lot. Appreciate it 🙏👊
      Honestly I think OA using software like source mogul and TA is. I agree it’s smart to build relationships in person if you’re doing Retail arbitrage that way they’ll hold inventory for you, let you know when they’re having upcoming discounts/sales, let you know when specific inventory is coming in, etc…
      My issue with retail arbitrage is that it simply takes too much time. It’s tough to scale it. It’s not knock on RA it’s just too time sensitive. Why go out to retail stores all day scanning products and building relationships when you can simply pay $60 a month ish for a software that will literally tell you the best deals you can buy online that sell for more on Amazon already…from your couch. You’d be spending more monthly on gas driving everywhere then you would on the software (not to mention dozens more hours a month…probably more).
      Just my opinion though. I get the vibe that retail arbitrage, thrifting, shopping at places like goodwill and Marshall’s and TJ maxx….

    • @TheRealKordra
      @TheRealKordra 6 місяців тому

      @BryanGuerratv I think you're right, RA can definitely be a good way to dip your toes into reselling, but scalability is definitely the main drawback along with time value like you mentioned. Lots of resellers really romantize the "bin finds" or garage sales but it seems like OA is the slept on method that really brings in the best profits and ROI.

    HI, quick question, if I want to ship a product using Amazon or ebay as supplier, when setting up my shop, what do i put as the warehouse address and phone number? Im not sending products to my house first, I want to be able to send directly to end customer. How do i find out the exact location where the amazon seller is sending from? Or does it not really matter and I just put a random address?

    • @BryanGuerratv

      I either but your address or the address of a prep center… so that if you get auto authorize returns, they come to you and you can return them for a refund

    Hey Bryan! Quick question - I have a budget of 150 usd to test a product on facebook ads. Would you rather do:
    1 campaign CBO 25 usd per day (broad audience) --> 1 adset --> 3 videos
    1 campaign ABO --> 1 adset 25 usd per day (broad audience) --> 3 videos
    with 25 usd per day i will test it for 6 days (take into account its a new product that my pixel has no data on it)
    Let me know what you suggest

    Will Kaladata work on ebay? Or just Amazon when doing product research?

    • @BryanGuerratv
      @BryanGuerratv  6 місяців тому

      Yeah. It doesn’t scan suppliers (like Amazon or eBay) it scans TikTok shop for hot products and then you can find the supplier of those products (once you know what other people are selling well).

      List that product and make good videos. You don’t compete on price on TikTok shop. You sell with your videos directly to an audience that’s interested 👍

    Why can't I add shipping cost on tiktok shop? It's always free shipping no matter how much rate I put.

    • @BryanGuerratv
      @BryanGuerratv  6 місяців тому

      You need to set that in your shipping settings. If your products still get free shipping after that it might be because TikTok shop is running a promotion currently

    • @kellio8087
      @kellio8087 6 місяців тому

      @BryanGuerratv My shop is new. It must be a tiktok promotion. I hate that because I put a portion of my profit into shipping so I can lower the price of the items. It's hard to beat those China prices when you have to add mark ups on top of the mark ups from our suppliers. I know you know what I mean 😏

    • @BryanGuerratv

    This can't sell electronics on tt: what is electronic like led lights? Night lights? That flame diffuser? I fear getting those points deductions and store ban if not sure what they don't allow
    No toys allowed yet see plenty of "toys" sold

    • @BryanGuerratv

      Not sure what you’re asking? I personally avoid electronics just because it’s a hassle getting compliance documents each time you list one. And there’s so many other products to sell that don’t require that.
