I have a question. Is 8 ball pool rigged or not?

This game is partly rigged. I see a lot of comments complaining about the cue ball, saying that it rolls so much and scratches a lot. I think that the cue ball is a bit rigged. I know how to use accurate force and spin very well, which allows me to control the cue ball easily. But when I'm snookered and take a random shot, the cue ball often scratches and it's so annoying. Secondly, breaks. Sometimes the game nerfs my breaks. For example: the cue ball goes inside, nothing goes inside or the balls don't spread in the way they're supposed to spread. I really hate it when this happens, especially against hackers. And sometimes the game doesn't give me the break in up to 5 or 6 games in a row. Totally unfair. And thirdly, disconnection. Once I got a chance in Mumbai to pot all my open balls and I was playing with mobile data (I had plenty of megabytes left), but the game disconnected me for a few seconds and my opponent got his chance back.

I've been playing for 4 years and never had any issues with gameplay itself. The only two problems I have with this game is when I don't get to break for many games in a row. Also cheaters is a huge problem, these guys are so bad at the game they are using cheats even on 10k tables these days. I play mostly Berlin and I don't think the game is rigged, if they can get rid of cheaters the game would be almost perfect, but I doubt it, it's been like this since 2021.
