Four adorable fox kits cubs, suburban Virginia

They are about 13 weeks now, very itchy little guys. Their den is under our deck, I suspect mom is strongly encouraging them to be out of the den and finding their own snacks now lol, since both times they tried to return to the den they reappeared quickly.
At first I thought there were only 3 juveniles, but then I realized that the 4th fox was not a parent, that the litter was at least 4.
They are scratching a lot but apparently this is normal (fleas, mites) and they seem healthy and have no bare patches or mange.
We are not feeding them, but we provide abundant fresh water daily.
I suspect they are hunting effectively, I’ve seen one dead mouse, that was gone after 20 minutes, and the squirrels and chipmunks that used to visit daily are now conspicuous by their absence! Birds still visit though.
