- This tutorial will show you how to fill text or fill words with patterns (or any image really) to make these fun, trendy designs. Most of this can be done in the free version of Canva but I do use some Canva Pro features as well.

Very beautiful🙌🏾🙌🏾. I must try it, thanks 😊 ❤👍🏾
You’re welcome 😊
Wow! 👍🏻
I love your videos, but I have a question and a request. What size did you make the design? I've seen text designs that have a "pattern background" behind the text that seems to form the shape of the letters. I don't know how else to describe it. I was wondering if you know how to do that and if you could do a video of the process for making it. Thanks
Hi! I usually size my Canva designs to 2000x2000px and they come out great. As for the type of design you're talking about...I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean. I have this tutorial that may be what you're talking about but if not, maybe you can send a photo of what you trying to do.

@@CrystalsCrafties That video, although it is a wonderful video, it isn't what I'm referring to. I tried to copy an image of the design into this reply, but I wasn't able to. How can I send you a picture?
You can email it to me at crystal@crystalscrafties.com.
@@CrystalsCrafties I'll do that. Thank you
@@CrystalsCrafties I just sent you an email showing 3 different examples of what I'm referring to

How do you upload a picture from Canva to design space?

Thanks a lot.
Thank you 🙌
This is such a great video! After watching I made my own Christmas ones from digital patterns I made in Canva as well! They came out amazing! But when I went to upload them to a DTF printer website to get DTF prints (I'm making shirts for me and my bestie!), the image resolution was too low. I created them on a 2000 x 2000 px canvas, then went back and resized to 3600 x 3600 px but they were still not good. I had to up the size to 5400 x 5400. that worked, but then I uploaded them to Cricut, just to see if I could possibly add them to my Etsy to sell. Unfortunately no matter what size I made them I was still getting a Low Resolution warning. My question is (finally getting to the question lol)... Do you have any advice or insight into why this is happening? I've looked all over the internet for a fix but haven't found anything. Could it be an issue with the digital papers I made? I would really like to sell the designs I made but I want to make sure to give people good files. Any advice would be much appreciated.
Hi! Yes, definitely check the resolution on the digital papers you made. If they were not high enough resolution when you used them in the design then it will result in a low res file all together. Other than that, I'm really not sure. The only time I've ever had problems with the 2000x2000px size is when the clip art I was using was low rez to begin with.
@@CrystalsCrafties thank you for responding so quickly! Hmm.. the papers I made were 3600x3600. So it must be the clipart I used for the papers, but the text is also coming out blurry. I’m going to reset, try better images and try creating text in procreate then uploading that to Canva see if that helps. Thank you so much for the advice! I’ll let you know how it works out! 🤞🏼
Your videos are awesome and I LOVE that they start with a scripture!!
Thank you so much!
