Lock&Load 77 you cannot generalize every thing though its partially true people from lower castes usually have lower iq and they conprise 75% of the population but there is still a reasonable number of educated indians and actually not all indians have dark skin colour look at the first guy he isnt actually brown
As an Aussie, Racism is definitely real unfortunately and it’s part of our society. Most Aussies respect everyone. I have a lot of Indian mates who I respect and appreciate them. Hopefully one day we’ll all appreciate everyone in the world no matter what language, country or religion/no religion we follow.
@@brendonrookes1151 Indian immigrants always show respect though? I've never heard of an Indian going to Australia and disrespecting Aussies. Disrespect begins when they suffer from racism. Also, I think Indians should stop reproducing. As Indians, I feel like we need to lower our numbers in the world now. Overpopulation is a major issue. Less population equals less competition hence less immigrants.

In India , many black people work in the art industry and IT industry. There might be racism in terms of colour but few ignorants even in India but there is no racism when it comes to hiring people on the basis of their education and experience therefore India is quite successful in maths, science, yoga, medicine and IT unlike Australia with very few well known people who had anything to offer to the world !!! One of the largest economies in the world is India !
anony885 not true do you’re research. Australia has the best English standards in the world, IT, science, arts, sports and mineral rich countries in the world
@@MelaniaRose Australian IT is literally shit. The last I checked Indians like Pichai, Nadella and Narayan run the top 3 US based tech corporations in the world i.e. Google, Microsoft and Adobe. Which Aussie worth his salt can even compare to that? None!
Me and my wife are Brazilians, I'm software engineer and my wife a nurse. When we start look for a job in our field we had so many problems trying to get one. Australians prefer hire stupid and under qualified Australians than very qualified and skilled people from around the world, and they also think they are better than everyone else who is not an Australian.
Personally I’ve never faced direct racism in Australia but I’ve heard so many racist stereotypes and caricatures being used by my peers ignorantly oblivious to how offensive it is. The key comes to education, if all you know about a culture is is scam calls and butter chicken, how can u expect to be better.
+Mark Krasy Top score among his mates maybe :) But this discrimination is very evident in Europe as well now , as a jobseeker , being indian is still far better then being muslim.
@@yealesget_it9011 considering the richest man in UK is of Indian origin makes your comment irrelevant 😄 maybe you're just unaware or maybe you're just ignorant piece of disappointment or maybe you're lil less educated. Could be anything. True some Indians are poor but only "Some". Let's talk about history. It's gonna be very brief. Before the Europeans started invading Asian and Arab countries, they had nothing. The whole British empire was built from the stolen wealth. I don't hate the Brits, in fact I'm thankful for the infrastructure they "left" behind and mostly they did it for their own welfare. Imagine imposing taxes on the goods you produced. That's how Britain kept becoming richer and we Indians got poorer😄
Every indian reading comments, For your information - First settlers in Australian land are migrated from India who were later wiped out by Britishers to make it current day white Australia.
And indians in Australia discriminate against other indians based on their surname, in order to judge their caste. There are also indian businesses that will only employ indians. works both ways.

When I visited Australia back in 2001, I found the people to very kind and friendly, but the news was always talking about the race attacks on the trains. The sad thing is that it only takes a hand full of people getting away with racism to tip the balance into it becoming the norm.
@@docgiggles130 Probably it won't change even in the upcoming 50 years, because a vast majority of their common people isn't apologetic about the incidents of racism which is generally not the case of UK, US, Canada or NZ.
I was born in Canada but grew up in the UK to Sri Lankan Tamil immigrants (and they got in through student visas thanks to Thatcher's hatred of immigration). I have personally lived throughout Europe thanks to my parents' lifestyle choices. What shocked me most about Australia is a institutional racism that's prevalent everywhere, whether it's at immigration, the police, the hospitals, etc... ...an incident with racist undertones will almost never be challenged by staff especially if it's from a senior person. The media have lost it with their bull-in-a-china-shop approach to fighting Islamophobia; Muslims and Hindus have lived separately in India and continue to do so in countries that practice multiculturalism, and Muslims are disproportionately anti-social and lower class. But I think that East Asians are by far the most tolerated and supported racial minority in Australia. A lot of Non-Muslim Indians actively supported the far-right in Western Europe due to serious issues with racism and discrimination from the Muslim community, and I've been heckled at several times by Muslims in Australia too. The left-wing media is not supportive of us. I find that the media is encouraging racism against Indians in order to support Muslims. I also don't see any outlet tackling racism being created by the media - such as a complete lack of [South] Indians in western media, contrasted with the aggressive support given to Muslims. I actually notice that a lot of people are overtly kind in Australia though I'm unsure if this is cultural or actual support. This is more common throughout Europe and Asia however and doesn't place Australia on any pedestal.
@Dwayne Wade Dude you dont known what's going on In India , Muslims openly lynch you if you you disregard them or try to be yourself , yesterday 15 people were killed just because they objected to remove loudspeakers from the mosque , they support Pakistan and celebrate and mock indians when we lose cricket matches , there have literally been mass genocides of hindus in India by muslims , watch kashmir Files if you want to known more , Read about the 26/11 attacks in india where in the local mosque helped terrorist enter india by boat and guided them to the nearest public place and they open shot atleast a thousand people , They protest on streets when Indian Army tries to arrest terrorist , I can literally send you the the prrof of all the things mentioned , We Indians want to be secular but its just not possible with them !! infact i belong to a minority community in india and i am not even a hindu but still i known how big hypocrites they are
I have read some of the comments here...and I find it really annoying practice to generalize an entire population of people based on some incidents....Racism is everywhere.... I can speak for myself, when i am talking about racism in australia I am not calling the country AUSTRALIA racist.....I am simply talking about racist acts in australia.......Also that doesn't mean I'm indicating that there is no acts of racism in India....we too are replete with that....ONE SHOULD STAND UP AGAINST RACISM EVERYWHERE AND NOT TRY TO FIND OUT THE ORIGIN-COUNTRY OF RACISM..BECAUSE CLEARLY THERE ISN'T ANY COUNTRY THAT IS ONLY COMPRISED OF RACIST PEOPLE.
Unlike USA UK NZ Canada or Europe where racism is condemned by the gov and majority of the citizens, in Australia i have observed that racism is institutional very few people actually stand up against it, the gov doesn't take racism seriously but indirectly supports it.
Indians are outsiders, forget them. It was widespread exaggeration in Indian media about Aussie racism. But what about the Aboriginals?? They are the real native Australians, the rest are British origins. If you improve the condition of Aboriginals to overcome oppression & poverty, then Australia will be tagged as 'Non-racist'
Aboriginals individually and as a collective get a lot of funding but their culture is very sick and dysfunctional. The problem is the finger always points away from their own communities to "whitey" and therefore there is no personal accountability to improve their lot.
@@wouldlovemyownname I bet you have not even spent time in Aboriginal communities and come to a very wrong conclusion. They are actually one of the best cultures I have come across. Very loving people. You probably have heard awful stuff from the media and believed it. It's exactly what the media does best. I reckon a lot of racism in Australia can be traced back to media ideologies... Anyways as an Indian women in Australia I have heard enough bullshit from 'whitey' to know that many hold a lot of racist ideologies. This is not to say all are white but enough white people have told me to get out of this country or made fun if my skin colour to know that the racism has been entrenched in many (not all). I can just imagine how worse it is towards Aboriginal peoples.
After watching this I will continue to put Australia on my no-visit list as after watching many other videos like this, racism seems way worse over there than it does here in the USA.
Indians are everywhere even in kenya are all over the country and majority of sub Saharan Africa. Indian population is bigger than that of whole Africa combined. India is a country and Africa is a continent
Pranav Vinod through cheap labour imposed to them by the British to do Road constructions, railway. Look at rift Valley railway in East Africa who built it, man eaters in tsavo Kenya, many Indians were eaten by lions. They came there as British slaves and after the independence they decided to not go back to India rather stay in kenya, Uganda etc or choose to be British subject citizens. Many Indians chose to stay and became rich until now. Many companies in East Africa are owned by Indians because in India there was overpopulation and they didn't like it coz of lesser opportunities
@Jide Chiemeka Abiaka The question was stupid. I know plenty of Indians who get along fine in Australia with no problems. A lot of them are succesful businesspeople, respected by everybody. I have done much menial labour on behalf of Indian people. If you have no experience of living in Australia then maybe you should run along.
@Jide Chiemeka Abiaka I havent tried too define or discount anyones experience by what I said, the advice is plain and useful; however I have met people who willfully play the victim role in everything and interpret everything as racist. If people are determined to see racism in everything, they will inevitably attract negativity and call it racism. I'll give you an example"When bubba wallace mistakenly made a racial issue out of a garage door pull, two dark skin colleagues of mine were discussing the incident, while it was first taken seriously, as if it was some grave concern. The very next day when the incident ws disproven as a race attack, I told them that the whole thing was not a genuine incident of racism. One of the guys said; "well I'm glad it happened though, to shine a light on the whole issue". This guy revelled in the victimhood of this whole issue and seemed dissapointed that it wasnt genuine. That is the kind of atitude that gets under my skin.
Yes its true there is racism in Australia as well as other countries Once long back my maternal uncle was been beaten down to death and thrown in front of a oncoming train in Australia. It broke my entire family into pieces. I still remember people saying its because he was a topper and people were jealous of him. The jealousy of others took his life!! His mom dad were heart broken and seemed like a living dead bodies.. Few years later our great grandpaa and his father had a heart stroke and they too passed away. Its sad some people face racism from their own people as they are born on a foreign land considering themselves as superior than us n become biased towards other community. And some ppl are racist bcoz of their own reasons. But if we ask ourselves what will this lead us to? I guess no one has a answer to that.. I am sorry if I offend someone but I am just being honest speaking my heart out..
Your family should of stayed home. I doubt it was because they were jealous…he probably sexually harassed someone’s sister daughter wife etc as you people do here now,or killed someone he knew. Either way should of stayed in your own country
It is a sad story but you can hear another one of a young woman in Cairns being raped and murdered by an Indian man etc.. This is a world problem and we have some very sick individuals hurting and killing the best people. 7yrs on.🌹

was born In canberra but I've lived most of my life in South Florida (miami, ft Lauderdale, west palm beach). australia is so so far behind (last trip was in august of 2015 to Sydney, Canberra, cairns)....every time i go back I'm dumbfounded by how far behind australia is - culturally, politically, it's quality of life, standard of living (standard of living and quality of life is debatable. most Australians think their standing of living is superior to North Americans....i can tell you from experience - and i can't speak to the ENTIRE United states - on the contrary - just a TINY demographic in South Florida....but our quality of life is GREAT here), racism, pop culture, and more....It's sad. racism and segregation are rampant in Australia. most times it's not necessarily racism but segregation. most ethnicities tend to stick together (lebanese, Asians, aborigines, and so on)....
Aaron Hoppitt Hey Aaron. please elaborate. how is the standard of living in australia better than the standard of living in the United States? please keep in mind that people value standard of living differently (for example, i live in South Florida - i don't know anyone that lives without air conditioning, in australia - various parts, many ppl i know live without it). Now we're not talking about "quality of life" which would include factors like healthcare etc. standard of living is quite different. but we can discuss that also if you'd like. i think it's also important for you to consider in your response or our discussion how big and varied the United States is. i live in South Florida (as i mentioned above) and have only visited other major cities. so i can't speak for the standard of living in New York, or Dallas, or Utah, etc. the United States is HUGE. i think it's a mistake to say that the entire continent has the same standard of living. living in South Florida i can tell you first hand that the standard of living is quite good. I've visited almost every major city I. australia (lived in Sydney and Canberra) and i can't recall ever having had this standard of living for the price of goods and our incomes. so (and again, this is all relative, things i value you may not) for example, i drive a brand new car (as dip most of muy peers and my girl), live ina beautiful private community with its own swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, club house, and more. air conditioning, high speed internet, digital cable, is all standard....obviously. and all very cheap. i have granite countertops and all new appliances. the highway is 10 minutes away and the beach is 15 minutes away (a number of beaches all up and down the coast). there is always something to do in South Florida - 24 hours a day seven days a week from.partying to dining. as for healthcare I'm good. pharmacies will even deliver prescriptions to your house for free! i go out on a21 foot boat every 2 weeks. to bal harbour Biscayne bay and more for boat parties, relaxing fishing etc. this is all on a median income. not possible in Canberra and certainly not imaginable in Sydney. what's important to consider is that South Florida is quite unique in its lifestyle. I've lived in other parts of South Florida that had nothing going on and despite being close to the water there was nothing to do the diversity wasn't the same etc. every place id's different from city to suburb but it's all what you value. i don't know many ppl in Canberra or Sydney living like me. I've got 8 tattoos, I'm Indian, college educated, nobody looks at me, hassles me. lifes a party and a beach down here.
Yep definitely, probably people who have never been to states like cali or NY don’t know what they are talking about. They are not comparable in any way, these are the most advanced cities!
I'm not antagonising but I have heard that Indian businesses only like to hire Indian. I know there is the other side of the coin, which is ensuring Indians who are denied jobs have solice in the fact that an Indian business will recognise qualities that white Australia don't. Look, it is hearsay from a couple of people and don't know whether it is fact. I personally have much respect for Indians and their drive, including their work ethic. I think Indian people have unique characters that the rest of the world can learn from.
oooh i am from the US lady and let me tell them aussies got a bad rep all over the US for being racist to asians and indians congrats... aussies are atleast famous for something
If you came to Australia then you would understand. They have completely overtaken the country. It is basically Asia now. It’s awful. We don’t want them here
In my experience, the racism only exists in peoples minds. For example, a workplace of mine recently didn't hire a man because he had a bad attitude and would upset the culture. The man then went online after his interview and ranted about how we are a racist organisation and are only looking to hire white Australians... of the people in the team, 4 of us are white Australians (for lack of a better term), 1 is white and from the UK, and the remaining 10 are from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam. He would of had the job if the bosses thought he could fit in and get along, evidently they made the right decision.
Even though im Indian i would like to visit Australia because it is a beautiful country(based on pictures ive seen😂😂 and things ive read) and we cannot generalise the entire population based on the few examples, i hope i dont face any because i really wanna have a good vacation experience in that country
About the job market that the guy mentioned, like not getting jobs...Well to be frank almost 90% of my friends have encountered this problem in Sydney who were from my country (Bangladesh) and came in Australia probably one month earlier than me....But my experience is absolutely opposite, within 2 month I got at least 8 job offers which includes Harvey Norman, IGA , Woolworth, Krispy Kreme....but they couldn't manage even one by that time....And about racism until now I felt like as a Bangladeshi I am more racist than Aussies...like easily judging people by their race....and I think I have dealt with it.
I was a victim of these situations in 2009, It was actually mistake of Punjabis in Parramatta NSW area who had created this issue then. I guess orelse It's definitely a better place
The funny thing is that a study which asked people if they would like a foreigner to be their neighbour Indians answered, "No," more than any other nation on Earth.
100 percent racists. I was bullied, harassed and I'll treated by my team leads and colleagues several times. When I made a complaints I was harassed much more. Despite being well educated and experienced in the country i was not offered a job when I shifted to another state. My neighbours harassed me over an over and kept giving false complaints about me just because I did not bow my head in front of them and been submissive to them. I was exploited by various organisations and my commissions were withdrawn as I complained about the male team staff and team leads behaviour towards me. I was harassed at a swimming pool center by officials . They behaved very indecently to me andmade cheap comments. Andwhen i complained to the staff at the center they first denied it happened but later agreed as mentioned how cheap his coent was. And if that was not enough people there begin gang stalking and harassing me over and over as I have been making complaints. One thing is clear if i was an Aussie all Laws would have applied against each on of those bas.....s who mistreated me. It's pathetic.
Jayesh Kumar I am Japanese and lived in Bangalore, India for 6 yesrs till 2016. I graduated from a private indian university located in Bangalore in 2015. Then, I suffered from racial discrIminations and academic harassment from Indian faculties who have a stong partiality towards thier students. So many foreign students are getting in trouble with the indian faculties' partialities as they always adversely target us foreigners as ignorant and weak students about Indian background, being incapable of speaking English, mocking and disrespecting us in front of numerous Indian students during the class. * Lit faculties are really humane... So many foreign students have dropped out the university due to the primitive academic way of Indian faculties. But, I did not give up my study there as I have a stong pride as a Japanese. I also experiencied racial discriminations from Indian neighborhood as we are non-vege. We were shouted by them and were forced to move to another place. I had more trouble with indians... Further, I learnt Indian sociology at the university as still in India, many social discriminations (such as caste, sex, age, racial and skin color discriminaions) exist. Everyday I watched TV news in India, it reported rape incidents, honoral murder, child marrige, religious biases, caste issues and suicide committed by farmers and those issues are still going on as the caste system itself is your own cultural value... Conclusion: Throu my residential experiences in India, my conclusion is that... I am Japanese coming from the developed country but also at the same time, we foreigners belong to "outcaste" as we fit in the none of 4 types of caste compartments...
As an Australian digger anglo-saxon second generation from wales, I experience alot of racism while living in Brazil, and it was like they think I am rich and come from a lucky country where money grows on trees or something, and constantly called, "gringo" - apparently that was my appointed name in Brazil. +Ivan Lučan you are definitely making sense. but am actually telling you that their is no racism in Nigeria. and as a Nigerian living in India, it's nothing easy here and Indians keep complaining about Australia. it's not easy for any black person In India. and it never going to be possible to stay in each others countries for now. maybe that will reduce in like 100 year to come. it will actually help. I totally agree with u. but not for now. Thanks ☺

I am a south indian, quite brown skinned!I have been living here for the last one year. I was employed at DJs like in the 1st month I came here. And honestly my employers have never been racist, neither my colleagues or the customers whom I interact with everyday ! Infact some people who are racist feeling superior would be the rich Chinese students driving fancy cars or Australian born Indians. The "whites" (not trying to be racist) are actually really nice!!! You just be nice and real and they will be nice to you ! And some people who act cheap for samples or anything free, you are making all the indians look cheap!!! Don't do that!
Australia is an extremely large country that is sparsely-populated, allowing for the behaviors and attitudes found in different parts to be extremely different. You are simply lucky that in the area you live the white people you met happen to not be bigoted intolerant racist fools. In other areas you would not be so lucky.
You know nothing about Australia, Nearly half of Australians live in or close to Sydney and Melbourne. The rest live mostly in 4 other cities , A small number live in the outback or country. Behavior and attitudes amongst Australians is surprisingly similar. There is like in all countries some racism. Recently for example a famous aboriginal actor was refused a ride by an Indian taxi driver. Much of what is reported as racism in Australia often involves immigrants doing the racism. You must have read in India about the Indian who was set on fire by white Australians ?? this was reported throughout the world . As it happened he had set fire to his car to claim insurance but caught himself alight and told a false story that went WORLD WIDE, But yes you will find some white racist Aussies too,
Whites in the west are going to become increasingly less 'nice'. Race realism is becoming a powerful influence in the alternative right in America and Europe. This is especially catching on after the Black Lives Matter movement spawned in the US and the migrant crisis exploded in Europe. We as Indians should live with our own kind. It is safer and it is better for us emotionally. I know I'm much happier when I can just blend in with a crowd instead of getting stared at and jeered at because of my dark skin. India is our homeland. We can't be whole living somewhere else!
Ankita Daulath your example is an exception. My Housekeeping manager was a white lady, she was liar, dishonest, rude, disgusting. Do not stereotype the whole Australian race just by seeing your manager. I have lived there for 4 years and came across many racial derogatory slurs because not being a white Australian in work place, in roads.
Thank you for telling the truth Ankita. I have several Indian friends who same the same thing, and that the most racism they experience is from other Indians who are very busy bodies, several of my Indian female friends tell me that they are constantly hit on by Indian men asking the if they are married etc etc..... all these conpnaint about not getting work when Australian do is mostly because they are not permanent residents and employees di not want to hire and train someone if they can’t be certain they will stick around. These Indians think Australian are racist because they fail to learn and understand lthe culture here, they come here and show no respect the no one but only other Indians, only stick with other Indians and have no care of learning about people here. Eg my dad is aboriginal stolen generation, my mothers side was stolen from England as a child and came here as a child slave. My grand fathers all died in wars fighting for the country... most Indians could not care less, this is what pisses people here off. They just sit back and call us all convicts or whatever .... No one would go to Indian and take no interest in the people theee
Well in IT 50 percent techies are from india. Racism has finished, though still there is talk of local experience. Our ability to adjust in any culture , hard work , strong learning ability has impressed the locals. We can stay overnight , dont take so many leaves , Jack of all pushing us leadership posts. We dont do any kinda crime, theft here which is another feel good factor for them. I see all indian following road rules, keeping city clean, standing in queues which they might not b doing in india , but they do here. AS THEY WANT TO BE REMAIN HERE AS CITIZENS and they wont do anything which can create problem for them. Strange thing is we all speak English here even with indians :-)
but those arnt things we want to promote in australia taking leave is a good thing and being a jack of all trade we have a saying jack of all trade master of none
Giving priority to its citizens for the jobs is not racism. Let's say someone from Bangladesh comes to India and complains about Indians getting all the top jobs.
Actually it's quite reverse. Majority of the big business in Bangladesh are Indian owned and their top management position and mid management positions are filled with Indians 😅
In my opinion, the abundance of Australian employees in the Australian work force is because the country is dominantly caucasian and we, foreigners are the minorities in the country hence you see less employees on a different ethnicity in the Australian workforce. But don't get me wrong, I'm not sugarcoating the underlying issues about racism anywhere. Just an opinion
They’re entitled. They come here with grandiose ideas and are disappointed when they don’t come true immediately. Australia is treated like a prostitute by the Asian countries. As an indigenous person I cannot begin to tell you about my frustration over the matter. I hope that immigration is reduced to zero especially for Chinese and Indian people
I don’t agree- many countries in the world are multicultural besides Australia, but they still treat everyone fairly equally and seem to be more welcoming of foreigners...sure u have some bad apples and racists in every country, but the majority of ppl seem to be kind towards those they see as “foreign” but Australia in particular gets a bad rap (other than the recent racial tensions in the US) for this...and if the majority of Australians share your same nonchalant, toxic, “racism is normal and to be expected” attitude, then that’s the root cause of the problem right there...
I lived in Australia for a year and half and go there every Christmas to visit my family being a black person I haven't really experienced racism at all tbh maybe it's Melbourne
Oh yes it's just terrible that most of the top jobs in Australia are held by Australians and not Indians. What are we thinking, we in this country should give foreign nationals all the top jobs and drive the taxis ourselves.
If you are an African Background , for the rest of your life employment discrimination is perfectly legal against you . institutionalized racism in Australia is increasing and very open in these days . there are no secrets and everybody knows the deals . there are some organisations who are against only open discrimination but don't mind if it happens behind closed door
I hate when people blame their inability to get a job on racism. I'm an engineer working in Australia and the majority of people in my team are from India. Maybe he should consider the fact that his English sucks and that employers may be looking for people who can write professionally? Also, I spent a month in India and experienced racism from Indians while I was there. I don't think India is a racist country, I just know that in any country people who are different get treated with a certain amount of prejudice from some of the population.
Being an Indian I agree with your viewpoint. Wherever you go it is difficult to accept a person of a different culture and it is present in India as well. We can't expect you to be anything different. What is not expected is an Indian being deliberately targetted as a source for venting out anger and prejudice via crimes.
Yeah so true. I'm glad your workplace isn't like this but you try (just as a social experiment) getting a job with an Indian name. You'll soon find out the truth.
And it finally comes out.....Indians feeling outside of India what they do daily while they are in India. They are racist among themselves and to people who come from outside of India. Caste system. Need I say more? Brahmins look down on other castes only because of their name. Racism exists there even inside brahmins if they come from different parts of India (north and south). If racism doesn't exist in India, show me one ARRANGED marriage that has happened between people of north and south India. The keyword is ARRANGED. Go find one! You will find zero. So, the real question is: Does racism exist in India?
Let's look at that violence against Indians in 2009. As I recall, 4 Indian students were murdered and another Indian claimed to have been set on fire by a racist mob. It later turned out that this guy was trying to burn his car for insurance and accidentally set himself on fire. Of the four Indians murdered, one was killed by an African refugee, not a White Aussie. You know who was convicted of the other 3 murders? Fellow Indians. Did all the people who had used these cases to slam Aussies ever come out and apologise? As for Neela's inane comment that "if you look at all the top people in (unspecified) companies, they're all white." Any chance those people might have worked their way up through those companies for 20-30 years? Do you have any evidence that those people were unqualified for those jobs? I would never pretend that Australia is perfect but I would also never attempt to prove my point about 20 million people by interviewing 2 people who already agree with me. As an example of the lack of critical thinking in the modern World, this video is a complete success.
And who gets all the top jobs in India ? Also the Indians have a monopoly on the taxi industry in Australia they own all the taxi licences and only hire Indians. They exploit their own look at the 7/11 stores, Indian owners ripping off Indian students on working visas. India has its problems too.
Azz Lazzar Don't get me wrong I have met many lovely people from India, the ones I have met are hard working and friendly. This upload just pissed me off making out all Australians are racist Such crap. If people travel on public transport in our major cities of course they are going to come across pieces of you know what, Australia should have better systems in place for public transport, we all have the right to go about our business without being harassed. I am a white Aussie and I will criticise AUS, we need to do more for the Aboriginal youth of this country we need this for all of the youth of this country, technological colleges that train our youth to be fully qualified . Thank you for replying All the best to you.
This video is BS. I'm Indian in NZ. I don't get racial profiling at all, I did once but they were joking around so I can't consider that racist when they were joking. Anyways, yes Im not in Australia but I know a few people who live there. Australia isn't a "racist country" You cannot blame everyone for what a few people have done. Indians themselves are a little racist too. I personally don't go for colour nor anyone's background. All I know is that not EVERY Indian get racist things said to them because everyone isnt racist.
I arrived to Australia fairly recently. And i think saying that people are racist here is bullcrap. Racism stated here is not aligned to real definition of racism. I would say some statements made here are a form of equivocation. Yes there are troubles seeking professional jobs. I am a software engineer by profession. So far i haven't been able to find jobs. Its just that the people running the corporations are more comfy with people and cultures that they are familiar with. As you know in Intolerant conditions such as today, even a small joke can quickly escalate to levels of war, hence i think its just employer's way to minimize their liabilities.
It is not racism to oppose the influx of large numbers of foreigners who are perceived as threatening by the locals and who are also perceived as attempting to eventually try to take over the country by immigration or by other means like coming in as asylum seekers. All peoples, including Australians, have the same basic right to resist their own destruction.
Australians are warm, generous and loving people. It's just a pity that they're only a few hundred thousand of them and they mostly live in the outback.

What are you talking about? There are way too many Indians in Sydney and Melbourne and it is ruining these cities. If you don’t like it here please leave because we don’t really want you here. We tolerate you.
The Indian guy said he had a Masters degree from India , In Australia overseas qualifications often do not mean very much , My father was an Electrician in London but when he came to Aus he had to study for 3 years to get an Aussie approved certificate. Yes he is white and English. The immigrant experience is often difficult , can we have a lttle less whining please. Nothing in Austtralia compares with the Indian Caste system either .
As your an English immigrant to your Australian commonwealth, do not allow your new country to fall victim to "White guilt" and "much needed" multiculturalism. The USA and Britain has fallen victim to this. It all starts from ethnic whining...which moves onto unsuspecting or cunning politicians giving ethnics more privileges because "they needed them" or "were helping them" if anything its the opposite. These ethnic groups turn into political vote banks and sooner than you know it , more and more concessions are given to them so the politicians can win their votes. It becomes a snowball out of control. They ask for more and more and more. Eventually you will reach a point when they will have more privileges than the whites who let them in a lot like the Trojan horse. The problem with political correctness, which has destroyed the USA and Britain is that it is designed from the view point that only whites can be racist. This of course is not true....as you correctly pointed out their caste system and treatment of dalits is truly horrendous. What should you do? All whites in Australia need to stand up to ethnic whining and any politicians who may be sympathetic to them. Do this by hurting them in the voting booths. Australia and New Zealand i am sad to say are the last white countries left with a backbone that have not been destroyed by multiculturalism and state ingrained white guilt. When ever indians complain about their treatment in Australia, just say hang on, we let you live here and work but you lynch dalits and rape them every hour in your home land. You are not one to come to us and cry "Racism" Don't follow The USA and UK with sympathetic pandering to ethnic groups. Their skin colour or decent should not give them any extra privileges over whites. If you do, it will be the end of Australia as you know it. It all starts from an individual spread the idea in the community and then to the city and then to the country. Don't destroy your country.
Nobody " deserves " racism or abuse , dont perpetuate what you don't like , I am not religeous but someone once said "do unto others as you would like them to do to you"
The Caste System is based on skill sets and family blood lines The Bollywood Business is based on Lighter skin color being better then less light skin particularly fair skin being the highest. Racism and Religious and Ethnic discrimination are separated from Caste. The Caste System in The Indian Subcontinent is different from The Ones In Latin America The Caste System in Latin America is based off Race while The Indian Subcontinental one is based off Family Blood Lines and Skill Sets.
+crumpet five That's true. I have worked in a number of industries and found that while they claim to have certain qualifications they have no idea on how to manufacture items ( in electrical ) that they apparently have diplomas for. I was working for an industrial scale company in 2012 and the person that claimed knowledge in the field had no idea of the process to determine correct and accurate conditions for true and accurate fault finding on those scales he was apparently trained in. I am not being a racist nor am I one but my finding on people from India don't have the skills nor do they want to learn. In a work environment they always try to tell others what to do yet don't want to do anything themselves. The work they do get involved in makes the whole wiring looks like a child threw wires at a cupboard. AND they like to look at aussies as if we are beneath them. Most are only good as labour while under the watch of others. Even then they don't like criticism or correction. I`ve worked in quite an number of industries and this has been a common factor directly related to their origins.

Every country has racism towards a certain race or nationality. Australia is a great country indeed, and so is India. We all need to STOP HATE, and SPREAD LOVE ! After all, in God's eyes, all of us are EQUAL !
Mr. Tim, if we all really follow the path of Love, we need not fear of being stabbed. Because there will be no stabs, no killlngs, no hate and no Violence! Love is powerful than a nuclear bomb.
All the sayings about equal opportunities and fair go and all this bullshit really only applies to white Australians. These are not well discussed as everything in Australia which is sensitive and actually important to talk about are shoved under the carpet. If you are not white do not bother to come to australia to enter the corporate world. If you are good business person or investor you will do well. You can also enter the health services but if you want to work in any other field best off going to the US.
The reality is, racism and prejudice are pervasive issues globally, it's not that bad in Australia. I feel that Asians of all types are significantly more racist than Aussies. Heck, Asians are even racist towards each other (if you're not upper-class Asian you get treated with overt prejudice) As an immigrant, I get it, I'm not getting the same treatment as a white Aussie local. But let's be real, that's just how humans are wired. We naturally vibe more with people who seem familiar. So, if I look, sound, and act different, expecting everyone to treat me exactly the same is like trying to break through some deep-rooted human nature barrier. While there needs to be education to further reduce racism/prejudice, immigrants also need to try to connect with the locals by embracing their culture, learning their language, and getting to know them. If you stick to your own immigrant group and act like you've never left your home country, you're bound to feel excluded and be treated differently. When that happens, don't cry and complain about racism because you haven't done your part to connect with the locals. There is a reason why the Japanese are well-loved wherever they go.
Buddy it’s called individual racism which exists everywhere and isn’t exclusive to a single ethnicity. We should work to actually condemn systematic racism instead of blatant racism by individuals, because that cannot be stopped as a country must have a certain (albeit small) amount of individual racism to function properly, or else they would just be manipulated easily. You don’t necessarily have a bad argument about a particular Asian ethnicity being more racist than whatever other ethnicity that exists out there that isn’t their own ethnicity, however I think what you are trying to say is that we should instead put a rule that if you want to come here and be here permanently, you must be able to integrate. (Not just one individual, but any foreign ethnicities en masse must do so if they wanna stay). I’m an Irish man from Ireland and we know what it’s like to have many ethnicities not liking us even outside Europe.
Funny that india is considered the most racist country in the world. I'm sorry, but every single country in the world has racism. I'm fine with other cultures in Australia, it's how Australia was built, by the way this interview was scripted. Australia doesn't have many Black people. It's a fact, there are hardly any African-Australians, so if people look at you differently, it's not racism, it's curiosity (most of the time). If you get treated badly, it's probably racism. I live near Sydney, and there are shops that only serve people from China, that let shuttle buses in and don't allow anyone else in. I've seen 2 stores in South-West Sydney that are across the street from one another that say 'no burka, no service!' (obviously against women). There is racism everywhere, not just by European Australians :/
is the guy at the start wearing a little girls fucking headband???? There's no reason why I wouldn't employ the headband guy. he seems pretty well presented. the fact is that there's thousands of jobseekers in Australia and guess what, sometimes you don't get jobs because someone else is better or they know someone. Also the dialogue in this is so fucking STAGED!

No; adopting a victim mentality is though.
@Jide Chiemeka Abiaka "Oh Shut up"....translation: my victim status is very precious to me, please dont mess with it.
@Jide Chiemeka Abiaka Dont forget also, there are many many hatecrime hoaxes. Jussie Smollett was not just a one off.
Yes its true there is racism in Australia as well as other countries Once long back my maternal uncle was been beaten down to death and thrown in front of a oncoming train in Australia.
I guess no one has a answer to that..

was born In canberra but I've lived most of my life in South Florida (miami, ft Lauderdale, west palm beach). australia is so so far behind (last trip was in august of 2015 to Sydney, Canberra, cairns)....every time i go back I'm dumbfounded by how far behind australia is - culturally, politically, it's quality of life, standard of living (standard of living and quality of life is debatable. most Australians think their standing of living is superior to North Americans....i can tell you from experience - and i can't speak to the ENTIRE United states - on the contrary - just a TINY demographic in South Florida....but our quality of life is GREAT here), racism, pop culture, and more....It's sad. racism and segregation are rampant in Australia. most times it's not necessarily racism but segregation. most ethnicities tend to stick together (lebanese, Asians, aborigines, and so on)....
I know. australia is the most culturally degenerate place on earth. I don't know an indian would move there.

Well if all the people in the world was polite like you then this world would be a better place
oooh i am from the US lady and let me tell them aussies got a bad rep all over the US for being racist to asians and indians congrats... aussies are atleast famous for something
You have been through it.
You sound delusional just like the man who supposedly complained in your story.
As a white person you dont understand racism
If it’s sooooooo bad why come here seriously why go too your own schools and get jobs on your own country.

racism in India is way worse than any other country but we don't involve ourselves in hate crimes with other ethnicities
India is extremely nationalistic. All nationalistic countries need an enemy to unite the people, Indias is white people.
I was a victim of these situations in 2009, It was actually mistake of Punjabis in Parramatta NSW area who had created this issue then. I guess orelse It's definitely a better place
Can you please tell me what was the whole issue about
The funny thing is that a study which asked people if they would like a foreigner to be their neighbour Indians answered, "No," more than any other nation on Earth.
Not surprising at all
I bet if they were given the option between a foreigner or a Pakistani they’d change their mind pretty quick
Have you considered the fact that our neighbours are pakistan and China?
Indians discriminate their nations based on the caste system and they are discriminated by foreigners.
This is a vicious cycle of discrimination....

I am Japanese and lived in Bangalore, India for 6 yesrs till 2016.
Conclusion:
Throu my residential experiences in India, my conclusion is that...
I am Japanese coming from the developed country but also at the same time, we foreigners belong to "outcaste" as we fit in the none of 4 types of caste compartments...

The rest live mostly in 4 other cities ,
A small number live in the outback or country.

Racism exists especially subtle, in Australia, but not getting a job because you claim your CV is equivalent is not the same thing as racism.
Yes, but that girl is clearly being sidelined.
They’re entitled. They come here with grandiose ideas and are disappointed when they don’t come true immediately. Australia is treated like a prostitute by the Asian countries. As an indigenous person I cannot begin to tell you about my frustration over the matter. I hope that immigration is reduced to zero especially for Chinese and Indian people
If you leave your country and go to other country, you must expect all these things.
Never visit Asia then.. believe me you can't afford 1% of our hate..

Hmm Indians were racist against u stop this shit
He’s a spoilt brat
And it finally comes out.....Indians feeling outside of India what they do daily while they are in India. They are racist among themselves and to people who come from outside of India. Caste system. Need I say more? Brahmins look down on other castes only because of their name. Racism exists there even inside brahmins if they come from different parts of India (north and south).
If racism doesn't exist in India, show me one ARRANGED marriage that has happened between people of north and south India. The keyword is ARRANGED. Go find one! You will find zero.

That girl at 3mins is describing issues that happen to another demographic who she looks identical to. Unfortunate.
And who gets all the top jobs in India ? Also the Indians have a monopoly on the taxi industry in Australia they own all the taxi licences and only hire Indians. They exploit their own look at the 7/11 stores, Indian owners ripping off Indian students on working visas. India has its problems too.

HAHA~! recent. You know how many people stayed longer than you?
It is not racism to oppose the influx of large numbers of foreigners who are perceived as threatening by the locals and who are also perceived as attempting to eventually try to take over the country by immigration or by other means like coming in as asylum seekers. The Indian guy said he had a Masters degree from India , In Australia overseas qualifications often do not mean very much , My father was an Electrician in London but when he came to Aus he had to study for 3 years to get an Aussie approved certificate. Yes he is white
and English.
You are not one to come to us and cry "Racism"
Don't follow The USA and UK with sympathetic pandering to ethnic groups.

That's true.
+Noevilea Indians don't have skills? Lol Steve jobs must be stupid to hire so many Indians In Microsoft. Microsoft, Google, Pepsi, Ericsson and so many other multinationals must be stupid to hire Indians as CEOs! You and your little job experience mean nothing!
A bloke from Europe can come here and gets his citizenship technically he's an Aussie. But if an Indian bloke who's born here technically he's not treated as a true Aussie. I've seen it with my own eyes many many times. It's sad but that's the reality
try being an aussie looking for work when these people will live 10 to a room nd work for nothing anyone applied for a position at a petrol station lately i live in a small rural community they all from punjab they all dropping babies
Nice when they populate that area it will become colony of India
Lmao jealous much
If it's so bad go bad to India, most doctors here are Indian now I Have been to about 14 different colored doctors and none could figure out why i'm so sick so finally i'm seeing a white doctor and he is helping me. Australia lowers the bar for diversity's sake because it's more important than saving lives.
was the dark skin indian girl an actor? because it sounded like she was acting
she sounds like a basic aussie bitch who studies in a private school
Yeah, I thought so too. Sounded like she practiced that speech a fair bit.
Fuck dis shit I am an Indian
And i love aussies...
We really don’t want you guys here anymore. It’s unanimous
come on guys there maybe racists still there r good people also I am indian
Who is an Australian?? Is it the British settlers? They migrated 100 years back and indians are migraring now.literally it belongs to the indegenioud people
Whoever works hard loves their family good and kind to all other people is Australian
It doesn't. Those primitives were rightfully conquered.
well I can feel for the plight of many Indians suffering in Australia....but in my opinion only the crap matter from india goes there....compared to US universities, Australian universities are still way behind.....Note to Abhinav: Get a freaking haircut...try to look professional ...your first impression matters a lot!
Y’all hear about the Australian cruise taken over by 1300 Indian men who brought their own food and partied like crazy? Yeah, look it up.
Employees of Vimal?
This is almost the most ridiculous video I’ve ever seen. Racism in Australia? Look around. It won’t take you more than a minute to find out. Be more realistic, unless you wanna make people laugh.
HERE IS THE JOKE
Now thats interesting
I am from Bihar India ,Bihar state Bankrupt itself(freight equalisation policy) for contributes in Indian development every Indian know,
But when our poor population migrate to other so called developed states in India they are discriminated,
Students are beaten and killed.
But common Indian are not a racist every other is.
North east Indian people when they travel to so called developed states they are asked for their proof of Indian just because of their different facial features
but we are not racist
we are peace loving people so pls don't hate us when we go outside of our country just because we hate these OTHER INDIANS.
True
come back home guys ....taxi job lol
raj
There is racism in Australia , there have been numerous examples of Taxi drivers not allowing Aborigines (even famous and well respected ones ) from being allowed a taxi ride. oops the ABC and SBS dont like to say that the taxi drivers are Indian or Middle Eastern .
+crumpet five my concept is simple after spending a fortune u go to other country for a taxi driver then u r just a weight to society I know rough but true
Except Indians are not all fucking taxi drivers. There is a noticeable tendency towards jobs in the medical field with Indians. That's why Indian doctors are a common stereotype. Quit being disingenuous.
2:47 Asians only hire Asians and are jealous haters for real.
Keep Australia nice. before you end up like Europe Canada USA and ...get pushed out and steam pressed. Racist no, protecting what's good before they turn it to taters ...yeaaaaa Good job.
I know racism.
That's protecting what's good before your shoved out of house and home like happened to me right here in my country born and raised PERIOD.
Primisinser Trudeau says now we must work till age 75 to pay for this mess of bay making invaders welfare takers and bigit Asians. While they skip the line for benefits they never earned. while we suffer to pay for asians life we never atain because we pay for their megga families on welfare and english classes and school , computers, guitars. WHERES MINE? GONE TO THEM stinky poo poos
a common stereotype is the indian doctor with a fake degree
Family moved from Australia to NZ, I was pretty young back then but some stories my father says makes me sad. It’s a great place and I’ve met great people there, but there’s a lot of people who have warped views on society and demographics of people.
how is NZ for Indians??
Every country has racism towards a certain race or nationality. Australia is a great country indeed, and so is India. We all need to STOP HATE, and SPREAD LOVE ! After all, in God's eyes, all of us are EQUAL !
Mr. Tim, if we all really follow the path of Love, we need not fear of being stabbed. Because there will be no stabs, no killlngs, no hate and no Violence! Love is powerful than a nuclear bomb.
+tim smart humanity is fucked.
You can also enter the health services but if you want to work in any other field best off going to the US.
shut your holy ass up
samay jain agree i like indians better than alot of other races
The reality is, racism and prejudice are pervasive issues globally, it's not that bad in Australia. I feel that Asians of all types are significantly more racist than Aussies. Heck, Asians are even racist towards each other (if you're not upper-class Asian you get treated with overt prejudice)
As an immigrant, I get it, I'm not getting the same treatment as a white Aussie local.
No work in Australia because of covid
Who has the most TOP jobs in india, not austraians......so don't go down that road, makes you look small.
I am agree with you on jobs issue ,but Aussies are racists and you should accept the truth .
You're talkin about TOP jobs. This video's about getting any job at all.
Australians should get the top jobs, its their country. But that girl who has been there for 20 years is going thru hell.
is the guy at the start wearing a little girls fucking headband???? There's no reason why I wouldn't employ the headband guy. he seems pretty well presented. the fact is that there's thousands of jobseekers in Australia and guess what, sometimes you don't get jobs because someone else is better or they know someone. Also the dialogue in this is so fucking STAGED!
Oh for heaven's sake, my daughter couldn't find a menial job anywhere and she's as white as a ghost.
1956soulmate these assholes who made this video couldn't care less about that my friend! their priority is to search the landscape for every bit of racism they can find and then catapult it onto UA-cam while completely neglecting the putrid and relentless racism in their own race/culture!
They are only inciting hate. Silly humans. Racism is everywhere. 🙄
Yes, it's real.
Yes! they will judge you by the colour of yr skin. Welcome to the matrix! I am going to back to Singapore and tell all the wonderful things you guys like to do to international students.
It's ok, have fun at bali. Just don't make it sink. So butthurt.
+Tim Smart you are racist troller yourself

@@meacomefeyou Yes, and i will get the British to put you back in the jail
‘Australians’ versus Indians? Bizarre comparison. Of course if the people are identifying by their ‘home’ country versus an Australian hiring an ‘Australian’, how is this even a serious discussion?
OMG! there are social justice warriors in Australia!!
This is either scripted or awkward af
