I have seen a few of these videos, and it kinda shows where Ant thrives. He may not be *the best* at the games he plays, but hes always shown to be very good and capable at these competitions. Hes very smart and able to think around the box, while having incredible knowledge of the game he plays. Look forward to more.

@@FatherGiraffeKaku Not really. He's saying Smallant might not be the most skilled at the game itself compared to his opponent, but his advantage is being good at strategising during these 'Bingo' challenges and retaining knowledge when under pressure (regardless of the game being played).
Smallant always seems to have a good plan and can adapt his plans very quickly to keep momentum or recover if something works against him. Linkus may be better at Minecraft but he was basically lost through most of this challenge. He never really recovered from Ant's 'shipwreck' start and ended up just fumbling around, likely because he's not used to having to adapt off-course.

@@jondrew9086 he doesn’t NEED to know them, it’s just that every other game’s speedrunners typically have done more with the game than run a single 5 minute run over and over again. I’m not saying he’s a bad speedrunner just that I’m surprised he knows so little about the game outside of that speedrun. When you like a game you usually experiment with more than what is necessary in a speedrun, like maybe even playing the game normally.
Smallant is deadset on just beating other speedrunners in their own games

It's simple geometry. He has an indicator which says in which direction Linkus is. So if he moves and the indicator doesn't budge that means that Linkus isn't close.

@@-butterfly-594 Not claiming the process is flawless, but the goal here isn't to "measure the distance", just judge if the distance is "close or not". And even with 20 blocks the angle will always be small, unless the other guy is quite close...
@@-butterfly-594 but then he'd get too far off track. He needs to keep moving and go relatively fast to do this, walking 40 blocks to the left and back would take too much time and definitely leave him more vulnerable.
