I love your lectures. You are the best of the best. I appreciate that most of your lectures are geared towards usmle but i would appreciate if you also elaborate a bit more on the management of conditions specially mentioning the doses of the drugs required. Many thanks

i prefere the method that he uses...the doses could bring too much information. anyway, just to expose my preference

@@accazen5674 I agree. In plus doses often depend on renal/liver function, sex, age...you can look doses up but it's more important to know the drug at first

you could look that up in more detail in (local) guidelines if you're treating a patiënt, these lectures are more 'oriënting' I guess, more geared towards students and less to specialist physicians

I have low protein S and questionable Anticardioplin IgG and alloimmune disorder found in placenta autopsy post 4th 2nd trimester loss.
Do I need fragmin injections 7,500 iu daily or 5,000iu twice per day ?.
I tried 5000 fragmin and baby aspirin and still miscarried but that was before I knew I have alloimmune disorder.
Should I start fragmin at ovulation or at BFP to prevent blood clotting during implantation?
I always have spotting right after implantation till I miscarry is that a cause of blood clotting ?

ISN'T SURGERY A CONTRAINDICATION TO ANTICOAGULANT THERAPY? 'POSTPARTUM ANTICOAGULATION HAS BEEN SUGGESTED FOR WOMEN WITH ANY THROMBOPHILIA AFTER C-SECTION.
