I'm a 3rd year BBA student and the main difference I feel is that the MBA buildings are a bit far away from the other departments. It's more crowded for us and we get to interact with some departments close to us, not just the BBA students but also students from law, engineering, etc. Overall atmosphere is usually much more hectic but also fun.
I study in the college and under the same MBA program and the vibe is excellent not only that the college the teaching staff and non teaching staff make you feel home!!
