I’ve done driveway like this, not my favorite they are very dirty and tough to clean (cold water Pressure washer 4gpm, 4400psi). I’m doing my first rust removal this Friday on some concrete with muriatic acid, and sealing it afterwards. Tips on rust removal and setting customer expectations with high ticket I would graciously appreciate. Nice video Aaron! 👍

Can be debated but in my opinion if your pressure washing it's best to seal afterwards. Pressure washing tends to remove layers of concrete depending on the tech and method used. Sometimes unavoidable. Best to seal after wash.

The goal is to remove the dirt and not the surface layer of the concrete. Experience comes in handy when being able to identity the mixes used for the surface your cleaning and being able to properly judge the pressure most efficient for said surface. I've been in many situations where my boss cookie cutter judged and got us into a world of shit because builders used quickset to pour slab resulting in heavy streaks and damage to slab being cleaned, we were boobies and didn't know the difference and it was a costly mistake. The least amt if pressure is best to avoid liability, prep with chemicals beforehand if able to loosen dirt and soot. And above all know your surface.

There's a proper chemical designed specifically for these applications, may seem pricey but in the end it's a time and liability saver if your into that market.

Probably best way tbh, in my experience we always had to roll it like paint, downside to the spray backroll you may find areas to heavily applicated. Applicators discretion.

It can, but just do your best. We’re not in the sealant removal business.
3500 is enough in most cases. Proper prep and process is always best. Removing the dirt and leaving the concrete should always be the goal

another tip: If its higher than about 80f? I wait until it cools down some to seal. If not, bubbles pop up

I used a sprayer for sealer then backed rolled it, it came out more evenly and used less product
