Hi m8 there were no 86/87 locos at tinsley unless there visiting on open day the electrics were class 76 wood head electrics all maintained at reddish depot Manchester or wath for light work thanks for your comments ps no 3rd rail needed cheers Dave
another great video of your amazing layout. Can I ask you where did the electric loco's, ie class 86 & 87's ? I dont recall seeing many shed with overhead lines (besides the obvious danger) and they were not equipped with 3rd rail pick-ups
Did you inherit Mr Smiths 47, it was lingering in his workshop for a while, I think he said the engine had caught fire and was a right off, if my memory serves me well, I could be wrong Steve Smith WSY ?

TheAudiostud no we didn't have Steve,s 47 we do all our own work to our own locos
