As always a 10/10 guide that is helpful, clear and not bloated(eh? eh?) Needlessly. The one thing i would add is a small segment about augments. Like a standard budget setup, advanced, or a perk mix with the undead slayer

I was spamming super saradomin brews almost the entire time and it took me a few tries, but I got the kill. Kill time ~8.5 minutes

Did the recent combat update effect this strategy at all? I have the exact same set up, and am using even more defensives, not shown in this guide, I also throw in vengeance and disruption shield. But still seem to be taking sooo much damage just from the minions alone.
threads of fate can be nice for clearing out the minions + building up soul stacks
Did the boss fight change since you made this video? I'm following it to the T, same gear, same everything, and have only been able to get one kill and it took 9 minutes. Dozens of attempts. normally your videos work like a charm for me, not sure what is going wrong on this one.

what is that necromancy ability tracker thing on your screen, was rooting through your last couple videos but don't really see where you mention it, tried looking in alt1 and didn't see an option for it, the one that tracks souls/necrosis/conjurs, would make my life a lot easier having that!

Just wondering. Since grasping rune pouch has a prayer bonus, and the necromancy nexus still works from the inventory, wouldn't it be better to have the rune pouch equipped?
When you only have the Deathwarden Nexus, since there's no passive, you can equip the rune pouch for the Prayer Bonus. From the chatter i've heard, some/most people find it better habit to wear the Nexus up until they get the Zemouregal's Nexus as the passive is super helpful.
I never understand what I do wrong from your guides. I love your guides, but it's like they aren't rooted in reality. Ill be wearing the exact same gear as what you show, or even higher tier gear. Ill do every thing the video tells me to do. But 10 seconds in im down to zero health points and theres no reasonable explanation why...
You likely aren't doing exactly what he's doing, or you're missing gear. You may think you're doing it the same, but if you record and replay your attempt, you'd probably notice things. Like he consistently is using stacks and the balista. He's not eating hard food. He's not moving. Etc.
The thing about these guides and methods is that the game is math. If the numbers are there, they work for everyone with the same numbers. If it isn't working, your numbers aren't the same. It's really that simple. We have evidence right here in the video that it works, so you must be missing something or several things. I'm not trying to be harsh or anything. Just make sure you actually have it all because if you did and are genuinely doing it all the same, it would work. Record your attempts and watch them back and you'll likely see what you're missing.
@@jlayman89 That's all true, but it's also possible that he's underplaying the importance of the stuff he's doing but not saying. And in a fight like this, for example, it's really easy to not use your stacks efficiently with everything else going on.
@seejoshrun1761 but this individual is saying they are doing everything and have everything. If they aren't using stacks, etc, then they aren't doing what the video said. Aka my comment stands and you aren't disagreeing with it. This is a phenomenal guide that takes an end game boss and makes it much easier to complete than it would be going in with a traditional approach. It's not always easy to manage it all, I never even said it was. Vorkath is a late game boss, should it be easy? This guide make its much easier than it is normally how easy should it get?
Very good thorough explanations of things. 14:26 one thing is what is that bar above your action bar? surge, surge, dive, freedom, what is that for?
it's an ability tracker that just shows what abilities he uses. it doesn't actually do anything
@theRSGuy, can you share what perks you have on your armour? im sure the spikes mechanic are spread out enough to where you dont need mobile perk. would you say this is true and would you suggest inv 4/mobile? or if they are spread out enough where dive will be off cooldown without mobile perk, would you suggest inv 4/dragon slayer (i already have undead on the robe top). OR, would you suggest the typical enh devo/devo 4 or some other combo?

Jagex must be shadow changing the fights or something because ive tried rasiel and this with the exact same gear but it doesnt work im chomping through food and brews and either dying or having to TP out
Apparently, I just suck because I die right at the end of phase 1. My hellhound always dies by the end of phase one, and i feel like i never really knew when to cast my manual abilities.
How do you have the tab that shows your stacks?

Note: If you don't have overload salves, in addition to super antifires, also drinking some kind of antipoison for the boss helps. >:)

Great vid! Some constructive feedback (disclaimer: not nearly as experienced at Vorkath as you)
I feel like it would have been helpful to elaborate on the timings of zemos attacks (finger, spec, blood siphon) and it's coupling with vorks attacks as an opportune time for defensive usage (in intermediate method), and the cadence for soul split flicking.
The camp defensive method and the do damage methods are both valuable strategies, but it didn't help me understand the specifics of the zemo mechanics as a learner

That is intermediate. Advanced is skipping P-4 and 1-cycle Zem

I was waiting for something like use bloat. And to be fair adding a manual living death rotation or two isn’t that bad but anything after that is a big jump.

i hate how the combat meta is basically just wearing t90 tank armour, aegis aura, and a hellhound, so you basically take no damage :(. it's the wrong direction the game should be going in.
I dont understand how you think this is the "Combat meta" because it absolutely isnt.
The rsguy makes these amazing guides with the idea in mind that most of the people in need of them are people who are new to pvm.
Outside of learning a boss (and some very niche situations) these three are very rarely used.
this meta is for people not wanting to learn proper advanced methods that just want KC and not efficiently doing it.
Nothing in these videos is meta, efficient tactics require a lot more effort.
@@Jakedragonix @thersguy my point is that i'm saying it would be better to teach people the mechanics, rather than just Dodging them :). by dodging mechanics and taking so much reduced damage, you're not actually learning how to deal with the boss or how to get better at PVM.
