I bet it is the Nigerian govt instructing Togo and the rest of these small countries NOT to let Ghana use their stadiums, to force them to beg Nigeria. Because they are all rejecting Ghana! Nigeria’s GDP accounts for 75% of the GDP of the 14-nation West African sub region, so the Nigerian govt has a lot of clout in West Africa to say the least. The Nigerian govt might even go as far as threatening South Africa that their huge investments in Nigeria could be at risk if they let Ghana play there.😊
