Australia (Perth) is still a great place. The property price have increased significantly but its still relatively affordable compared to Sydney & Melbourne. The downside for HK people is that it's not "exciting" and very limited restaurant choices in comparison to HK. However, it's a fantastic place if you have children, they have a wonderful children hospital and great medical system.

用一半香港樓價就可以移民置業安居，確實值得考慮一下，猶其是有孩子的家庭。除了歐盟所有國家都可互通之外，還因為有大西洋暖流的關係，全年氣侯怡人，大部份時間都保持在十幾廿度之間，沒有其他歐洲國家般寒冷，最適合怕冷的港人居住。其實，多一條後路作保障之用也是一個明智的選擇呀！

已有葡國護照又好，想移民當地又好，最重要是先學好葡文
買樓無人可以話升硬，始終係歐豬國，經濟好極有限，吾跌已經偷笑。另外，如果真係吾介意經濟差，希臘仲平過佢 (不過又係另一個豬國)，廿五萬歐羅有交易。當然，穩吾穩陣就自己諗清楚，早七八年前就試過所有銀行戶口都要剃頭。吾怕回教國家既，可以試試土耳其，廿五萬美元就得，仲平，不過到時吾知駛吾駛割包皮。

葡國個黃金簽證，好似淨係長期居留，需要入葡國國籍係需要考葡文試，唔係容易嘅。
@Simon 是的，现在工作流動性较大，所以拥房率低了很多。同時回复sofia longlife , 我提及的拥房率67%是千禧世代，就是说40-50年代出生的美國人，70-80年代美國人拥房率是很高的。
