Woo I just found my Christmas cotton that I bought last year for dishcloths, I'm so happy going to make some of this. It would look good with sparkly yarn also. Thank you Ann for this little tutorial.
Hey pretty Ann, thank you for that simple, easy and very beautiful Xmas Garland tutorial. I love it. Stay safe and healthy my dear UA-cam friend. Sending love from Germany ♥♥♥
This is so cute I had some cotton thread on a giant spool like that it was white and then I had some tiny doily thread one was red and one was gold and I mixed it in with it and so it kind a looks like a candy cane. I’m going to make me one for my tree with that. Figured I didn’t know what else to do with that skinny little thread so I just took them all together. Thanks for the idea
This is a fabulous idea to make a easy tree garland. The beginning chain could also be longer made into a loop to hold on to the tree. You have my mind in over drive with this design.
This is really super cute! Thanks for posting this. I find it very helpful when you also show the instructions on the screen. It's helping me because I don't always hear everything due to my chatter box son 😆💘 .
I have been looking for a pattern for a garland that grows as you go and most are chain 100 or whatever and then do this but I was wanting something like this so that when I'm finished I'm finished and I'm making this as a gift so I hope you won't mind me letting them know where I got the pattern. God Bless You and Your Family, love ya.
Ohhhh, I really like this! Imagine it in a yarn with metallic thread.
