This set was one of my favorites in recent memory. All of the songs proclaim truth and are great for congregational singing, with All Hail King Jesus being one of my favorite non-hymns of all time. Listening to God's children proclaim "All hail King Jesus" is simply heavenly. I can't wait to sing that forever in heaven! Worthy is the Lamb!
I used my revamped HX Stomp Amp presets and have been for two months now. I haven't used the AXE-FX since reworking these! Listen to how well the tone sings on the choruses of Holy when I'm playing the high stuff. So good! This was also my first weekend using the Gretsch Duo Jet with Lamber'trons installed. I'm really happy with the sound. You'll hear the clarity throughout the video. I also have a really cool GFI Synesthesia preset that attempts to emulate a lo-fi vibrato sound. I've fine tuned that and am really happy with the result. You hear this on the chorus of All Hail King Jesus.
By our 11 AM gathering, I'm starving and a little shaky (literally). I also still get crazy nervous during the bridge of Firm Foundation, because I have to fling the slide off and be ready for a really quiet down part. I'm usually holding on for dear life during that song! LOL. I was a little disappointed with the very end, because my timing on the two high notes right before the big ending was a little rushed, and I pride myself on being locked in timing-wise. In the end, I think it's important for people to see the good and the bad. I really despise what social media has created; namely, the (mis)perception that we're all perfect all the time. That's certainly not the case for me!

I just bought the HX STOMP AMPS from your GFHG, they might actually be my end all be all. They're absolutely nuts, the bethel amp preset does the Bethel sound better than even the TF stuff! Thanks!

Man, your tone sounds great! I’m in between the hx stomp and the ruby/dream combo…seems like you’ve had both, what do you prefer/suggest for someone wanting to replace their physical amp?
Hi, Joseph. After this 3.50 update to the Stomp, the tone from both setups is top notch. Therefore, I think the Stomp is a much better value. 😃

Are you running your Pedalboard into your Hx stomp then out to the Front of house mix or just the HX stomp ?

So you're not hearing any voices in your IEM? 😮
Usually have very little vocal in my mix. My IEMs bleed a bit, so I can hear vocal from the mains.
@@GuitarforHISGlory what happens if the main voice misses the entry in a bridge or something? Or does that never happen? :)) But it's nice to hear your IEM and understand how others do it.
