Wish I could do it at all. I keep reading all these cool stories about it and I can’t do this. Have tried for years and the closest I get is the knocking sounds and some vibrations. Even sleep paralysis doesn’t get me there
@@karmasutra4774 the vibration is one step before Astra projection , try to meditate, for example focus on an object for 10 minutes close your eyes and imagine you can see it do this every week, and then Astral projection will be easier to be achieved

That’s why I don’t astral project..I take part in ashole projection..this is when you lay on your back, lift your legs up and touch your knees to your chest while you meditate and project a movie onto the wall using a handheld projector that’s inserted into your rectum..you match your hums and farts with the sounds from the movie, doing this creates bass

@Celisarei FEAR has a couple of meanings spiritually. Hence why having fear is the beginning of wisdom. F.E.A.R.= Face everything and rise. David in the bible stood in front of Goliath and only needed one stone. On contrary of belief, FEAR can also mean, false evidence appearing real. What is the difference to be afraid? Escaping into astral projection kept me alive during 2020 being locked in with an emotionally and spiritually abusive husband(now ex) and boosted my enlightenment while in a pretty nasty situation. I’m not saying it’s always a good thing to escape 3d, but it’s not always bad either. I was definitely still working through and healing a lot through astral travels and am grateful to have a safe place to do so💫
Maybe that's why I couldn't lucid dream or astral project all this time, I always saw both as forms of escapism to the boredom of normal life

Stop using the binaural beats that say “lucid dreaming” they’ve never worked for me. But there are ways to train yourself to always look for details during daily life because once you’ve practiced that for awhile you’ll start doing it in your dream. Look for clues like looking in a mirror in dreams is blurry or there’s something off about your image. Try closing your eyes you’ll find you can see through your eyelids. Keep a journal any dream you can remember write about it as soon as you wake. Once you know you’re dreaming just think of what you’d like to do.
You hit it right on the head. I didn’t even listen to your entire video. I was running away from trauma since I was 10 years old since the night I witnessed violence and I tried to stand up for my mother and it did not work out well for me And I buried that for 40 years I saw some video on UA-cam somebody being bullied and that woke up my mind like it just happened yesterday 1982 again yeah it’s been a hell of a ride for me, but I am working through it because this is how I keep my soul clean I faced everything that comes my way, no matter how hard and no matter how much it hurts
Astral projection... I tried so many times and got stuck peeling out of my body. I think I finally got out last night and went to a house I'm highly interested in. I can't tell because I could have been going by listing photos... And guessing on what the people look like. But I was talking to one of them that couldn't hear me... And I told them I was coming to buy their home this Saturday. That's the last thing I remember. And I woke later straight out of darkness. Hmmm.

I've been doing the opposite for the last few month. Rather than using it for escapism, I've been leveraging this tool to revisit the long-buried childhood trauma that shaped my adulthood and led to serious depression and anxiety. I started on some antidepressants, which gave me a good foundation for beginning to heal, and then had a course of therapy, which helped me start to reframe things. But astral projection is where the real healing has been happening. Such an incredible way of processing and moving past pain 😍

So true.yes I Hv seen this happening in a workshop I attended to some people. They were into illusion. I had experienced astral travel without my knowledge when I was a child. I was horrified n struggled to come back to my body.m not doing it. But if I do I will follow ur guidance thank u so much
That’s strange because I have heard that it’s supposed to be an immediate thing once you think about it. I’ve also heard that there are evil spirits that can cut your silver cord and leave you stuck there while you die and that’s also terrifying but I still want to attempt it. I don’t think I’d travel far at all to be honest

I would say don't astral project when you're in a low vibrational state or depressed, you will attract negative entities
It's an amazing Practice, that can be used in many ways for many positive things. Its steps that happens naturally, it all opens up before you like a flower it happens naturally. Its not something to learn, it's a cosmic walk/ activity, on ones cosmic journey. Do you believe that this Planet is not of the Cosmos ? I don't believe its learnt. Is dieting escapism ? If you've tapped it, its for you to use as your Spirit sees fit. No one should interfere or to tell anyone how or what to do with this attribute, it's off limits its an individual Spiritual matter. People are coming into themselves as Spiritual entities, we are heading back where we came from (Shadow my Mello). Do you know that all the Systems on this Planet is uncomfortable ?

Could the early polar explorers have used astral projection to reach the North or South Pole? Sounds silly at first, but it's a real question: They tried walking, dog sleds and even balloons - but if they were not bound by the physical, could they not have travelled a thousand miles over ice and snow to reach the unexplored ends of the earth? Or, for that matter, the summit of Mount Everest?
Possibility yes ancient Egyptians use to try this and had a book of the dead which believe they can leave their bodies to travel.
I am stuck in a state of not being able to lucid dream for almost 10 years now after being, in my oppinnion, a moderately experience lucid dreamer. I believe my trouble comes from reaching a point of "expectation" of lucid dreaming that has created some form of wall in my sub conciousness. The fustration over the years from this has built up also which only makes it harder and harder to ever hope of lucid dreaming again. Lucid dreaming was a gift, an amazing experience that I never thought possible. To this day I still dream everynight and 8/10 will remember my dreams in the morning however these are normal dreams and not lucid thou sometimes I feel like I am close to lucid dreaming only to wake up. I Don't know what this wall truely is that is blocking me, however There is a part of me that thinks "fear" may play a part. There has been a few dozen times where I almost believe I am lucid during a dream and the dream is always similar, I am in a room that I am firmilar with but its night time and no lights are on in the house, I try to use my will to either turn on the lights, or create day time however there is nothing, no lights come on or no change in time, these are what I call a very brief and faint moment of lucid dreaming that I have experienced over the last 5-10 years. I find myself missing lucid dreaming. Another reason I believe "fear" may be part of the reason of my loss of lucid dreaming is because I remember reaching out or trying to contact "God" or the creator. In my lucid state I called out to god and remember looking up into the sky only to see a strange shadow or color of light. I remember feeling fear and confusion and the feeling of being "flushed down a toilet" something of a dizzying fainting feeling as if I was passing out while asleep. This moment stands out to me even to this day because it was around this very time that my ability to lucid dream was stunted.

Ok granted im going through some tough shit but i don't think im trying to use astral projection to escape my problems completely . I just want to experience something beautiful because i know there are beautiful things beyond this earth and i think they're there to be explored if you're able to unlock the ability. I don't think we have to wait till we die before crossing into/ visiting other realms. After all we are souls in this physical body. It's like wanting to go to a beautiful garden and relax knowing ofcourse you must go home.
So for me it's like an escape but not to avoid the hardship of my life completely . It's more to feel good for a while and come back. Like a vacation. I actually half way did it once on my 3rd try. Sat up in my bed, looked around my room and thought to myself "wow I'm really doing it wow omg!" then i woke up cus a little fear kicked in. It was the most beautiful thing ever and I've been trying since that night but its never worked again. I just want to be able to travel and see beautiful dimensions or just float through space because I've always been fascinated with astrology. It sometimes makes me sad that i couldn't do it again. It's been 2 years. Sometimes i ask why? My intentions are pure. I don't understand. Oh well I'm hopeful it'll happen one day :)
The pure of heart can easily be targeted by some not-nice energy. That happened to me the one and only time I unintentionally left my body as a child. If I ever attempt it as an adult, I will certainly protect myself before dabbling in it. There’s a lot going on out there.

I just was looking up what people are saying about it since it happened to me when I was 18 I’ve learned to deal with all my issues even the ones that we don’t want to talk about or even think about because it hurts so much The crappy thing is you have to face it you must break through. You have a lot more to deal with in life. We can’t get stuck up on one thing that holds us back from living our life. Keep your world clean try to make it better for yourself after all, you can’t take care of anything until you take care of number one and that’s you, just telling you from experience
I am avoiding the chaos and limitations of the human world that is found here in this physical realm/lowest plane of existence. There is nothing wrong with wanting to escape this realm.
The only time I projected accidentally I was 15 I fell asleep and boom I was out of my body looking at myself and around the room, that’s when I knew we are more powerful than we think. Never did it again but the experience struck a nerve
Ok. My wife saw me sit up and leave my body. I was unaware of it. Apparently I have been astral projecting while asleep. An energy worker said I’ve been visiting other dimensions because “I think I have something important to do.” I have no idea what it is. The way she said it made it sound like I do not, but believe I have something to do in other dimensions. What’s this about? She said I’ve been bringing back some not so good entities or something. All this while totally unaware? No recollection like dreams? I don’t even know how to do it.

Astral projeccion is a bit scary and uncertain as you are stepping into the steak plane. I recommend training yourself to dream lucidly. Lucid dreaming is just amazing as you get to create your own characters and do amazing things. I usually fly over the city in my lucid dreams. Amazing!
Me enjoying astral projection or sometimes I'm doing astral travel because I want to spy my family, and enemies who also spying on me, because I wanted to know what their next evil plan against me. Now I know their evil plan, and it backfired on them. Thank God❤

Hedonism is an aspect I’m exploring and working with in my escape from dealing with issues/challenges/setbacks.
Making the decision to stop drinking alcohol and be in solitude intentionally is having benefits abortive very uncomfortable. I didn’t know this about astral projection I’ve only tried it a few times. I guess it’s being conscious to it’s use. You can’t outdo or lie to the Universe.
I never meant to do it. It was an accident. I think God showed me where I was heading and gave me a second chance. I truly believe that yeah I was a stupid teen been using drugs for years liar, and manipulator but all that got me was kicked out and sleeping in my broken down car for a year Before I entered my last program I stayed up for two nights on speed. Dropped LSD on the third night. Yeah I’m stupid. I was obviously running from a lot of pain so the fourth night I was getting some sleep in this abandoned apartment next thing I know I am up high Higher than the ceiling looking at myself sleeping the trippy thing is there was no fear. I was calm. It only lasted for a few seconds, and I actually forgot about this for years. Probably remembered it and also remembered trauma from my childhood that I forgot about too I am amazed that the mind protects us. I think it’s God I’ve had so many second chances shouldn’t even be here. I got my life together been living by truth for 32 years and all the doors in life open for me even been married for 25 years and both of our kids are graduated high school I’ve had two lives and I’ve been living my second life since I was 19 thank you Lord for watching over me all I have is gratitude
Is the escaping done consciously, or subconsciously? Isn't it healthy going the way the brain/mindset has chosen it? Isn't it the 6th sense that the brain picks up to handle what ever the human body, humanity is going through to break it down into a smaller situation so the person can focus on the pressure of the present and the issue, situation and continue to heal on there on and stay healthy and stay strong?

One thing i dont get is, those who do astral project, doesnt it affect your ego when you come back? I'm talking about those who go around and talk about it nonstop? Doesnt it affect your physical ego though? Isnt that what shouldnt be done? I dont get that part.

That's what is on the other side of the paralysis, it requires no fear, surrender, positive thinking and stay calm or you can just remain paralyzed, fighting, panicked, and not get the lessons. Stay in fear...

So they can see you if you are in someone's space? I have been to people's houses too during what I thought were dreams. Lately though this thing happens when I'm awake just resting and relaxed with eyes closed I feel like I'm lifting my hand in the air but I'm not. I mean i really feel my hand raised up but my hand is by my side. I don't know what that's all about so I'm searching for some answers here.

I havent been able to leave my body but i can literally see a peephole pov of different realities when i tap in... Each different direction i look and focus, there is a whole different world. Basically an all seeing eye. Wish I could actually leave my body though some day... Any tips ?

I just tried to astral project and something different happened this time, My body was vibrating like crazy and I couldn't move my hands even after I got up. I could feel literally my whole body vibrating like crazy including my head. It sounded like my body was in a vibrational state or it felt that way. I guess in a way I was asleep paralysis or at least I was getting there because I didn't feel connected to my body the way I do when I'm awake. Even after I got up, I couldn't move my fingers because they were vibrating so much. Does this mean I was close to astral projection?

Same.. I get sleep paralysis but it’s just uncomfortable and can’t ignore it. I hear knocking sounds sometimes but then nothing else happens. Sometimes I feel heart beat fast and I feel like I am lifting straight up into the air, but nothing else. I don’t get past those things
The paralysis is the hardest part to overcome. But that's the beginning of leaving your body. The fear makes you fight it

Y'all need mental help.
First of all, when you do astral projection, it's your astral body travelling (also called soul), not your spirit. There is a difference between spirit projection and astral projection.
Second of all, many people still believe you could get stuck on the astral plane forever and not return to your body, but that is a nonsense, it's not possible. Your body will eventually drag you back anyway, so it's simply impossible to stay on the astral realm forever, if you're not dead yet.

@@HeartOfTheSource Yes, so - called silver cord. Sometimes you may see it when performing O. B. E., sometimes not. But it is there, always, connecting your astral body to the physical one. Some believe (again, it's just not true) that this silver cord can be cut off should you wander too far from your physical body, hence you'd be forced to stay on the astral realm, forever, not alive, but also not quite dead.
@@night_nick1739This whole silver cord is ridiculous. Whoever sees it creates it themselves. Why would there be anything like that? It’s just another form of existence not some dog in a leash. Our consciousness does not have a body. But our consciousness can create bodies. Physical body, astral body, lucid dream body. Endless amount of different perspectives. But nothing other connects them than our consciousness. Our consciousness doesn’t need a body to exist. That’s why it’s ridiculous to even be attached to this physical body that eventually dies anyway.

You exist in two places. Astral body and physical body the same time. It’s not like your body is just an empty vessel at home when you’re traveling in astral body. You have to breathe you know. You are still aware of your physical body too while you travel. And if someone touches it you snap back to it.

Maybe it's because I'm too logical and scientific of a person but im actually kind of frustrated that I cant bait one of them into giving me sleep paralysis so that I can analyze there behavior & use the info to exploit there weekness. I am at a point where demoic entities deliberately run or just dissappear whenever I try to probe them for information for me to journal. I'm very interested in understanding if astral projection is real after having a few experiences unintentionally.
Well let me help with your research. 1. Nobody gives you sleep paralysis. You can do it yourself even by will if you truly want to experience it. 2. Dark entities feed on fear. They like to mess with you if you’re afraid. If you however stay confident and true to your power they stay mostly out of your way.
3. Nothing is real, while everything is. Astral projection is just another perspective of the reality of you. It’s not less or more real than your human experience.
