- The SW 10th Street Connector Project will significantly relieve congestion in the region by removing traffic from local SW 10th St that is seeking longer distance trips between the Sawgrass Expressway and I-95. To maximize the usage, the SW 10th St Connector includes direct connections with I-95 and 95 Express for all northbound and southbound I-95 traffic.

Why not just go ahead and make I-95 a complete toll road instead of dedicating infrastructure to express lanes. It's inefficient. Other than that it looks good I give you permission to build.
I 95 does not to be a toll road, especially in my area. I 95 is the main highway to get around. Plus thats what the turnpike is for.
