One gets more ice time if one freezers larger chunks of ice in ziploc plastic containers, about size 5 inches by 2.5 inches. Then add in a few little ice pieces to fill in the remaining gaps.
Working well for me. Have to reset and follow instructions !
It's a good video except for the terribly loud background music. I would love to have the video without all that background noise.
Biggest problem with this unit is the water and ice management. There is not one word about that in any of the instructions. There is no port or easy way to empty out the water. There are no instructions about how often to fill up with ice or how to know when you need to fill it up
Looks really involved, too much to deal with when you’re hurting…
how is one supposed to know at what level of compression and time one needs for their various injuries ?
Excellent !!!

Bonjour.Quel est le prix ?Comment peut on l'avoir dans l'hôpital publique?
You can hire it for a 28 days period for £300 …check in france, it might be cheapper. Totally worthy it though..I would rather spend the money, sadly, in something else , but it accelerates recovery(acl reconstruction for me)…so bring it on!
Good luck 🤞
Nick Bosa brought me to this video

Messi's injury brings me here
no instructions for water management - how to easily empty the water or are you just supposed to turn it updside down LOL. An expensive piece of equipment and no easy way to empty the water except to flip it over LOL.
to expensive for me to buy..
Attention everyone. You can rent or buy a similar machine from Polar Wave at half the cost of the Game Ready unit that does substantially the same thing.
not worth.
I am keeping about 6 frozen water bottles on hand, rotating and reusing them after use in the unit. They fit, barely, and keep the water cold. This makes it super easy to manage the need for ice.
Excellent tip. I'll do the same. It's my second day using it after surgery.
Great tip ! Thank you
