@@teessidetransport I live out in the rural countryside in East Ayrshire (West Scotland) and you mainly see Coaches and minibuses with school children. My local route is Stagecoach's 42 Ayr to Cumnock via Coylton, Joppa, Drongan, Ochilree and Auchinleck then reverse back to Ayr.
Mainly 27*** Enviro 300s with a few 28*** Scaniaviros are allocated on the busiest times with 36***/37**** series Enviro 200s on quieter ones. There's been a big increase of Enviro 200 MMCs on this route but nevertheless still prefer the Scaniaviro 300s. 🤣
