False accusations should carry the same sentence as the actual crime supposedly committed.

    • @WorldsTallestLeprechaun

EXACTLY. That is a fair repercussion because in the end they’re trying to use the law to bully and punish someone unjustly and (for the ones who even thought that far ahead) they think that the possible prison sentence from the false accusation is justifiable.
Well, they think punishing a guy for a crime he didn’t do is fair, then it should be fair that THEY get punished for that exact same crime, which they also didn’t do. (supposedly, since usually they did the crime. Crying “he hit me!” when HE’S the one with bruises.)

In my state, if you're arrested and the charges are later dropped, the arrest stays on your record. You have to spend time and money to get it removed. If anyone does a background check they will see the arrest and what it was for. I know a guy that has this happen. He lost his job because of the false SA and all job searches he did resulted in nothing because of the background checks they did. He had to go to court and have a judge sign off to get it removed. False SA ruins men's lives even if they aren't charged.

She lied and said he attacked her and her lover who was in his house, then divorced him on the grounds of abuse... she got everything, and he for a time was living in a shelter, couldn't see his kids because she did everything in her power to keep him from having visitation... and the courts allowed it. it wasn't until she finally turned the kids against him that he went to his parents house, got his fathers 45 and did what a broken soul does.. he dealt with her lies, cheating, character assassination, loss of his legs and genitals, he was broke but hopeful.. until she took the last thing that gave his life meaning... the strongest man I know died broken by the lies of his so called (wife)

Especially since now they can also file for VA disability benefits as a "survivor." At an administrative separation proceeding, if they don't want to testify, you have no right to cross examine. You're arguing against a piece of paper saying you did it. This is going to also be true now for sexual harassment claims. Mandatory separation if there's a 51% chance others believe you did it.

My uncle spent 2 years in prison due to a false allegation from his step daughter. He was strict and disciplinarian type from when he had first married her mother (she was 13yr) she vowed to get him back. The other sister actually turned her in after she realized she kept switching her story and things didn't make sense. My uncle was let out after this was brought to light and taken to court. Nothing happened to her at all because she was 17 when she made the claim and even though she was 19 before he was put in prison, she was protected by the young offenders act. He had to fight to get his named removed from the sex offender registry even after being found innocent.
He lost his business, his marriage and a number of friends, nothing happened to her at all and she basically laughed it off after the the fact. Honestly I think she should have been tried as an adult and at the very least be charged for perjury.

The woman who cheated on her boyfriend and claimed she was sexually abused when the boyfriend came home. As a bouncer, this is why we dont let guys and girls in the bathroom at the club i work at. A guy was looking for his girlfriend and went up stairs and down stairs looking for her. He was waiting at the bathroom line and saw his girlfriend come out with another guy. The girl sees her boyfriend and starts crying, saying that she was taken advantage of. The guy is about to beat this guy up, and we had to separate them. We looked at the camera and saw the girl was the one who dragged the guy to the bathroom. The current consent laws also can give women who cheat on their boyfriend an out. They can go well i was drunk, i was taken advantaged of. By law when a woman has a mind altering substance, she can not give consent. Its up to a stranger, usually a man to determine consent. Some Women use this to avoid accountability if they are caught cheating. Mind you if that same woman was drinking and decided to drive she would get arrested with a DUI. My body my choice until i drink. Meanwhile if both the man and woman drinks the man is still held accountable.

The nurses only hear one side of it. They don't have to talk to other people and witnesses. Now here's the real controversial one absolutely no one talks about because it is truly taboo. False claims of child abuse from hospitals. They see an injury or history of injuries and think one thing so report it. Police look into it and it turns out that kid is just physically daring and active. We used to see broken arms and think a kid fell out of a tree. Rib injuries were bike accidents. Now a kid racking up injuries are abuse. Got a friend with a kid who's a skater, she's actually really good but has put up an impressive tally of injuries for her age. She's on the high side of Gen X numbers, I'm kinda in awe of her keeping with it. I've seen that girl with her arm in a sling and still on a board. I've watched her practice a trick over and over, one bad mess up when trying to get it, land rib first into the wheels, walk it off, and try again. I've literally heard women say that women have no reason to lie about an SA. And that's absurd. People in general will lie about everything, especially if they're going to be called to the mat to account for themselves.
I spent the last 9 months waiting on the outcome of a false MeToo accusation from a Soldier in my unit. I got cleared, but she'll not face any negative effects. I, on the other hand, have to transfer to a new brigade and hope this shit doesn't affect me too negatively, because I'll still have to explain it to new commanders if it follows me.

@iykeharrison9161 Because I was convinced that if I fought back then it wasn't abuse it was a couples tussle. I am where I am now to know that it wasn't the case. The old school notion of keeping your business to yourself was a huge factor into why I didn't say anything. Plus the me too movement was around but I didn't have much evidence to prove he physically hurt me. The last time I was beaten he finally left voice messages that confessed to him doing it and even saying that "you deserved more". It all depends on your state or things won't really go forward. Everyone else's case is different. I have already dealt with the fact that I stayed for so long which I replace the fear of regret to being thankful that I'm still alive and able to see another day.

Then he lost his job, car, home and I felt it wrong to abandon him after that. He made it seem like things would get better and I was supporting him and being patient. One day he got angry and attacked me. He later told me he was just frustrated about all that's going on and said it would never happen again. Thus, the cycle began.

If on a jury, I'd never vote to convict any man without actual evidence (video and/or audio evidence that clearly proves guilt by admission or recording of the act on surveillance cameras). Anyone can say anything about anybody, that doesn't make it true.
There needs to be a false accuser registry and the ones guilty of it deserve the maximum possible sentence that the wrongly accused could have got, plus reimburse them for any financial losses, including paying an entire career's worth of income if it prevents them from working in their current field again.
The main problem is that in society, women are mostly treated as children with no consequences for their actions and are allowed to ruin many people's lives.

Her family tried to sue me for 750,000. Her best friend switched sides halfway through the trial and became one of my wintesses. The jury found me ZERO percent negligent, awarded her no money and suddenly she was dropping out of the private CHRISTIAN college she was supposed to go to the next semester and sold the El Camino she bought just a few months prior. I still have not forgiven her for putting me through that, not sure I ever will, and not sure I'll ever really trust females because of it. You need to wake up and think about that fact that there are TRULY countless women who actually are being abused, and you're sitting here judging them and assuming it is false immediately. Back in 1993 I was wrongfully accused while I was a senior in High School. That girl completely destroyed my reputation. She attacked me because I found out she had been cheating on me for years. She ripped my hair out, scratched my face open, was punching me- she wouldn't stop (she did things like this very often leading up to this final instance) So, I smacked her across the face. Next thing I know she ran out of my house saying that I beat her and threw her down a flight of stairs.
She was a rich girl so naturally she had a cell phone. She called all of her friends and told them I beat her and threw her down a flight of stairs. My reputation was completely destroyed. No one believed me that what happened was self-defense. She didn't even have a single mark on her and people believed that I beat her and threw her down the stairs.
I am so grateful that there was no internet back then. My life would still be destroyed over it if there had been. Sadly, to this day I avoid people from my High School. It's better to be safe than sorry.
