One of the nicest homes I’ve seen in a central Florida new build. I’m so sick of the dining room at the front door and the wonky kitchen layouts and the staggered cabinet heights in every home I see here. They did a great job especially with that kitchen!
Congratulations 🎉🎊🎈 I think to more so depends on the area. This is not close enough for Disney to affect pricing. The reason for the price is because it’s so close to the villages and golf course is across. It’s also a pretty big house in person and the finishes that they’ve used. Not necessarily. It is all based on the person and what they like. If you are a nightlife person there are things to do but not as much as if you were in say a big city. I live in Ocala. I always recommend the person take a trip to see how they like it but you’ll have all the same stores, restaurants, hospitals, etc that would would anywhere.
This one I believe was a .22 not much smaller from the other homes I show. This specific one sold but they have 4 other ones that they are building. 2 are on a .25 acre lot 😊
That patio door connecting to the lanai an backyard is horrible. It completely ruined a nice home. You don't need to be an architect to figure a house needs a wide glass patio door so you can enjoy the view of the yard and get the natural light inside the house.
A lot of people prefer French or a door such as this one but the home has so many windows in the main area that brings that natural light in. You don’t need the lights on at all during the day at all. 😊

This one has a septic tank. Most of the homes with no HOA will be on a septic tank.
