Excuse me, what is TVD? In any case, it's so very, very perfect for the DEPHT of what their relationship is. Oh yes, they confuse the heck out of each other. She has standards and ideas, she talks with him about the big things of good and evil and the dark, and sometimes he puts her in situations where she wonders if she isn't falling short of her own standards... it's a challenge, but it's also her finding out what she is capable of, how her ideas hold up and how she can improve them. It's hard sometimes, but she's the type who, on some level, wants to be challenged and to be part of things and unravel mysteries. So is he; They're very much alike, which makes coexistence diffucult but awesome. And the Doctor? He's got someone to really rely on in many ways. And I'd say all of this is true even, or potentially more so, in Series 8 as well. I just lovelovelove Clara ~ (and the dynamics she has with the Doctor. And the Doctor himself, too, although that goes without saying... )
Ahh, I find it would be better if you had put the subtitles somewhere else. We don't need it smack dab in the center where it disturbs our view of what we're actually looking at. Sometimes lines were alright, but others weren't. There's a reason why subtitles are by default located at the bottom. I thought it was worth noting for future reference because other than that this is beautiful work.
