This is Dutchie Ellise Copeland aka Aeon Fae’s debut release and there’s an interesting back story; EA founder Richard Mowatt (aka Solarstone) met Ellise when performing at the Black Hole Recordings pop-up store at ADE Amsterdam, October 2023. Ellise was working at the store, and a chance conversation about music resulted in Rich checking out Ellise’ Soundcloud page - and the demo of ‘Dansei’ - with which he immediately fell in love. ‘Dansei’ is an earthy, hypnotic piece of 123bpm electronica with a sonorous bass line & organic otherworldly soundscape.
