Both beautiful Rolleiflexes. My only qualm with what you said is the Tele is actually based off of the E body, not the F but I enjoyed the video regardless. Thanks for sharing!

I even have it down in my notes that the Tele is derived from the E body - rather annoyed at myself. I will add that as a correction on Monday and pin your comment. nice video, have shot hasselblads mainly, but am interested in these; by the way having shutter and film wind coupled is a GOOD thing, it saves multi-exposing, by accident, a great 'idiot proofing' feature, esp. as unlike the Hasselblads, you can't easily hear the shutter go off, so making this mistake an easy one to make. another 'idiot proof' design is the hinged cap, so one must take the taking cap OFF before the viewing one, so NO leaving the lens cap on, a 'classic' mistake, esp. for this, and rangefinder design cameras.

But from a handling perspective, I love the flow of movement associated with handling the Yashica. But there is no contest with the build design and feel - the Rolleiflex TLRs were so beautifully thought out :) Thank you for your input in this comments section - cheers! ☺️
I see she is using a ZOOM H1n recorder. They have excellent stereo sound quality, and it uses batteries and an SD card so it's portable and easy to use. I have a ZOOM H2n.
Lovely photos. I have a couple of TLR camera the lubitel 2 not great but kind of fun and an Aireflex this one looks awesome the results can be fantastic i like the focus and film advance one side saying that i love to try a Rollei
Well done Natalie, As a owner of a 2.8F I can highly recommend the Rolleinars and Mutars to add some extra (lightweight) flexibility. Can't wait for more vids on the Rollei's or maybe a Hasselblad 500c down the track😉😉.
Thank you for your recommendation - It aligns with my current thoughts. I am looking out, in particular, for the Rolleinar 0.35. It's proving to be a very expensive item that I cannot justify purchasing just yet. Because, if I am honest, I am finding the 135mm focal length of the Tele Rolleiflex to be somewhat unsatisfactory at its minimum focus distance. I am not sure if a Hasselblad 500c is in the cards for me - they look so heavy! Maybe once I start taking on more studio portrait sessions on film :)
I am looking out for both of the Rolleinars. Yes, quite expensive, but I know they will be worth it once I incorporate them into my photography. Thank you for your advice :)
I'm not impressed by the crank winding with the focussing on the other side as it means you have to change hands whereas with the winding and focussing on the same side, you can hold the camera with the left hand throughout the shooting sequence.
@@richardwest217 my sentiments exactly. I still am not used to having to switch hands after having had such a seamless experience with the Yashica 635 for a couple of years. But the build quality of the Rolleiflex is a whole other experience, regardless of the need to hand switch :)
@@richardwest217 ah, I understand :) if you at some point see one at a camera store, I encourage you ask to inspect/hold it. The amount of moving parts in there make for a very hefty and densely packed metal box!
I waited patiently on Ebay. It was a small risk but I spoke to the seller and explained I would return the cameras if their optical defects affected image quality. Luckily, they still perform well :) Do you shoot with a TLR?
@@NatalieRosellaBoonzaier That's phenomenal. :) I actually just put my 5th roll of film through a Mamiya C3 I bought a month ago and I'm waiting on delivery of a Seagull 4B. I kept looking into Yashicas, and others of that size to have something a little lighter to walk around with on a regular basis.

Beautiful Rolleis 😀 You can get a 0,35 and 0,7 lens attachments for closer portraits with the Tele-Rolleiflex. Not cheap maybe, but very handy.
