      I think I still have my six pack from before pregnancy but it just that I gained so much weight to cover it for 10+ months 😅

    Wait, did you get diastasis recti after giving birth? how did you rehabilitate if so?

      Mine was minimal. I was very gentle with ab workouts in the first 3 weeks. I tried to get out of bed through rolling on my side. But after 3 weeks I suddenly was able to feel my core strength again!

    If I’m at home working out, what’s the best ab/core workout that I can incorporate so I don’t have to go to the gym?

      The ones that I demonstrated in the video in my home may work~ such as sit ups, leg raises, yogi bicycles, double crunches~

      ​@@MsMinglifestyle Dr. Ming, your fitness progress after pregnancy is absolutely incredible! Maybe one day you might decide to compete in fitness competitions as a hobby. You are already a certified Yoga instructor, but maybe you could get certified to be a personal trainer too. You could then have not only yet another useful channel (like your Mandarin learning one and Yoga one) but a fitness and health channel too. Good job!💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

    I'm much older than you, but little me also gained over 50 pounds having kids. You could have rolled me like a ball. I also kept eating their foods when they didn't eat it cause didn't want to throw it away. They are much older now, and I've lost all that weight and more, but I'll never get a 6 pack, just like it when women have 6 packs cause I know how much work that takes to get one. I applaud your commitment, especially right after the baby, that is really tough to do. Maybe I should join a gym as well but I don't like doing crunches.
