Magnolia is a long-time favorite among many Seattle locals, but I feel it is left out of the list for many newcomers considering where to live. Today I am taking you all around Magnolia so you can better understand what it has to offer. It has largely been known as a quiet, family-friendly place to live with many "cute" single family homes. Truly there is something for everyone in Magnolia, with more affordable condos and new construction development happening on the north side, to some of the most large grand homes on the South.

Magnolia is one of those underrated places that gives you the forest, the beach and sweeping views of the mountains and the inlet. Thanks for the tour! 😊
Magnolia is basically an island right next to downtown. You have to cross one of three bridges to get into the neighborhood. Once you’re there, it’s a small town oasis. There’s only one stoplight, there’s a cute little village for shops and markets, and lots of neighborhood parks. It’s a great place if you can afford to buy into it!

WE LOVE SEATTLE CONTENT! Although I've only recently moved to Seattle as a poor-ass, about to be on a job market PhD student, I LOVE Seattle. I may not even be living in Seattle next year or even if I get to stay, I may grow out of it in a few years but I'm in love with it as of now. I lived in Ballard part time (my now husband, he had a place there for the past 3 years) and now we're in Capitol Hill. I would love to see you covering Ballard, Greenlake, and maybe Uptown and maybe places like Bainbridge. Obviously, you will cover the areas where you have a place to show and sell and you absolutely don't have to listen to me haha, but wanted to share my thoughts nonetheless! ☺☺

I really dont understand why developers build these vertical narrow townhomes instead of a proper apartment block where each apartment has vast horizontal space. These townhomes in Seattle feel so claustrophobic.
Most likely zoning rules simply don't allow that.
