- I've fished the Pamunkey River a handful of times before this tournament. The place has always played hard to get and my results have been extremely lackluster. On this day, I may not have found great quality, but I found decent fish and in numbers. In all, a fun day on the water chasing green fish, exploring new water, learning a lot about this place and bringing in 5 alive to the scales.

Awesome day buddy! You really hooked a lot of fish that day. Thanks for all the insight. Tight lines!
Thanks boss! Was a grind till I figured things out. Definitely could’ve used a kicker (or three)!
@@thekurrent Yw! what body of water is the next tournament?
Next one is out on the Chick
@@thekurrent ooh! Go find those tanks bro🤞🏾
Hey Kyle, I just finished checking out this video. I am a local angler to the area also. I primarily fish Anna, Potomac, James, and Chick (I live just north of Kings Dominion). I hope you don't mind some conservative criticism. Can you mic yourself while you are fishing. I had a youtube fishing channel about 7 yrs ago but deleted it. Use a pocket voice recorder with a mic and sync it in post, it's very easy to do and cheap. I would really like to hear your thought process while fishing. I have been considering starting a new fishing channel but I haven't decided yet, anyway hope to see you on the water, good luck and tight lines.
Not a problem at all! I absolutely agree with you. I simply need to pull the trigger on either a voice recorder or a setup for the GoPro. Thanks for the reco and hope you enjoyed the video. See you out there ✌️
Hey buddy enjoyed your video are there still smallmouths in there
I’ll let the tournament results speak for themselves… guy that won the derb had a bag of 4 bronze backs and only one largemouth
Me and that guy wouldve had words
Believe me, it took all I had to not say anything…
