I love how nerdy/quirky Matt's mannerisms are as well as how great of an active listener he is. In my life experience, people like this are so rare. I'm awkward and quirky, too, but I do the same thing he does with the people I care about. I listen, I question to learn but also to see where they stand and why but all to just understand them better and never to judge. I don't think I'm as good as Matt is at it, but seeing that someone else does this with friends makes me feel not so alone bc most people take my genuine interest as fake as well as they take my questions as me trying to argue or debate or judge when really I'm a very interested sponge that wants to absorb and accept everything about those close to me. :)

The way I make stroganoff is I take stew beef coat it in flour mixture that has salt and pepper and garlic in it. Brown it with butter. Add mushrooms and beef broth. Cook till thickens and meat is cooked through. Add sour cream and pour it over your choice of noodle.
