You should get some knights with the shoulder armor on one side only (the piece is currently in production by LEGO). Some knights would elect to use armor with protection on only one shoulder if they were using a shield. The hand that held the shield would be the one without the armor for mobility purposes.

Definitely a Knights fan rather Star Wars, I like Pirates even better still. Impressive collection of Knights you’ve got there, kudos.
I wish (year after year) that Lego finally does classic fantasy/medieval CMF series. It’d sell like bread.
The bard is one of my favorite cmf minifigs

I think the word you were looking for when I came to the group of Black Falcon spearman would be footman. They’re not cavalry, knights, or archers. And they make up the bulk of medieval armies

Working on doing the same myself. Jealous of your bear knights 🐻 and even the yellow tournament knights! They're so expensive now but I'm at least buying one for myself.
Although I do have 4 of the rare blue/red quartered lion shields back from when I worked at the lego store! 😁

Very cool army indeed! Thanks for sharing. The ‘custom’ helmets may have been sourced from Firestar Toys but are in fact by BrickWarriors. The ‘old’ LEGO shield is from the Knights Kingdom range. The ‘jester’ is the troubadour from CMF Series 22 (unofficially, the bard). The ‘custom’ helmet with the aventail isn’t by LEGO; it’s from a knight in Kre-o’s Dungeons & Dragons range. Hope that helps :~)

The way I have mine set up is as follows: the one wearing the crown is the top of the monarch pyramid, the king. Below him are the mounted knights (they have the best armor and are on horses). Next rung down are the soldiers (heavy/light armored cavelery, archers, pikemen, macemen, spearmen, etc.). I don't have the amount you do and the same goes for those sic custom pieces. I bet you paid a lot for some of them, worth it.
Seeing a formation like the one here in this video, I'm wondering where are the siege engines? No Catapults, trebuchets or siege towers? What about a battering ram? Before they lay siege, at least make a few mobile arrow shields and get some tall ladders to get up and over the walls.

Yep, those dragon head hilt are from Ninjago, nice army you have there! Now you need Trebuchet, Catapult, Rolling towers and other badass medieval war weapons!

Your army is impressive and you could add some ships and horse carriages for your army to give them some flexibility
Try brick sticker from Holland they do medieval shield stickers. I have used the western theme stickers and they were good, I know many purists only like prints but some vintage Lego used stickers even over multiple bricks. Good luck and thanks for introducing other suppliers. Regards David UK.
Those old Bear shields are from Knights Kingdom. I had exactly one of those from their 8778 set

Love this vid and your channel, but sadly the audio quality not great. There's quite a lot of interference. I've noticed it since you got your new mic around Christmas.
This isn't using my new mic actually, its such a pain I just want consistently good audio but ut really comes and goes with my mic for my phone
knights are the ones that are heavy protected by an harnass... the others are not peasants... in middle ages that are soldiers... they mostly had an iron shirt under there clothes....
